This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I gave the teller a piece of paper with a list of the denominations I needed. Teller couldn't follow my direction.

Very slow even though they have 7 bankers on duty. Only two serving customers when the line is long. Two bankers are sitting at a desk chatting and someone (looks like a supervisor or branch manager) just watching the two working tellers. One person busy trying to convince people to use the ATM. She could have been serving customers. If you stand in the line, then it's something you cannot or don not want to do at the ATM

No customer service. The line was out the door of people waiting to be helped, while two tellers stood in the corner talking, the driver though teller refused to turn around and look at the line, while the drive though was empty, and one banker with a couple. The atm was out of service. Drive to the next location; you will waste your time otherwise

Cristian Lozada, personal banker, really showed his professionalism and patience when my mother and I visited the Kings Avenue branch this morning. The branch is very obviously busy and, unfortunately, understaffed, but Cristian took the time to answer our questions and help us troubleshoot our accounts. It's this type of personalized service that confirmed our decision to move our business to Wells Fargo.

Had to go to this bank again to just do a withdrawal. Workers everywhere but they have 5 people in line. They all stare at you as well but nobody says anything and one teller the rest I guess out managing nothing.

Horrible customer service. Only one person working the desk line out the door and the managers are not doing anything to help. Horrible bank I am going to refinance my house with Grow Financial.

Spoke to Bryan several times over the phone to close my deceased bank account and he bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service. I definitely presented challenges to him that he overcame and found the correct information and processes for me. This was not an easy cut and dry task and he went the extra mile to help me. I had a 3:30 appointment with him and got to the bank about 3:15, he saw me right away after being warmly greeted by another personal banker. He answered all my questions and had an easy disposition to deal with! He worked tirelessly and diligently to help me with my unique bank situation today! Bravo Bryan and Wells Fargo!

I enjoyed this bank so much! Super helpful! Would love to come back! All my questions were answered and I was asked if i wanted clarification! The employees were super nice !

I live very close to this location and will literally drive to ANY other location. Such a bad experience that I will be cancelling my accounts with wellsfargo after 13 years and going to another bank. The manager here needs to be trained better
