It saddens 😞my heart to have to give such a poor review, but I have to tell the truth. This location for the last two months has become horrible. I usually skip all the other Wawa to come to this one for coffee. The coffee is undrinkable and when you tell a staff, it’s just pure attitude and nothing is done to render the problem. Not To mention the food size has gotten smaller and the price of gone up and the quality has gone way down. to mention the food size has gotten smaller and the price of gone up and the quality has gone way down. The food order is never made right it’s either missing something or things are added. That wasn’t supposed to be there and it cost way too much to be that messed up all the time I stop ordering food from there.

I’m writing this at 1:30 am because good work deserves to be recognized. My family and I went in after attending a concert. It was way too late but McDonald’s just wasn’t going to cut it. The store was clean. It was really busy and there was only
One young lady making foot and one gentleman making drinks. They deserve a raise, some
Praise and a freakin day off. They handled the rush from the concert, worked together, customer complaints with nothing but grace and poise. I always expect a little bit of error when it’s so busy and they were so clearly short staffed but NONE. They still made my sandwich like they cared and I just appreciate it. They did a phenomenal job.

Wawa made my morning great today! My coffee was complimentary, my sandwich was freshly made and custom and my coffee was hot and fresh! Yum! Thanks Wawa!

Order accuracy at ALL Wawa locations IS A HUGE ISSUE with NO resolution on sight. Its terrible for a customer to pay $14 for a meal only to find out it’s not what was ordered and they’re 20 miles away and can’t get a refund. It happens FAR TOO OFTEN. And your silly survey cards are useless if they effect no change. I’m so sick of getting the wrong order, but I need Wawa for the healthy food choices with 24-hour access. I am ONE customer who experiences order inaccuracies 70% of the time. That’s just unacceptable. I’m so disappointed in Wawa.

Ladies room was filthy with no toilet paper!
App would not activate pump.
Windshield cleaner was empty,

Trash cans full , checked several window washing containers, all dry . No receipt at pump . I was really surprised today . Wawa has always been my to go to place , hopefully just an understaffed day .

So the coffee lady was making drinks and shakes but failed to realize her other duties of replacing coffee and creamer in the other stations. I waiting for 5 minutes while she made to go coffee over and over again while she failed to acknowledge me standing in front of the empty coffee kettle. I then said miss and she went off told me I needed to wait in a nasty voice. Another lady appeared out the back asking what’s the problem was since the lady’s voice was so loud and nasty, I told her I just needed for the coffee to be changed and new creamer at the station and that I stood there nice for 5 mins watching here make 5 drinks but she couldn’t acknowledge me is when I said miss nicely but she still went off on me saying I needed to wait in a nasty tone. The other lady then says in a nasty tone to both of us that’s enough and I was like I’m never going back to that location again. Just because you have orders you can’t neglect your other duties for good. They also need more than one worker at these coffee stations because obviously they can’t handle more than one job
