The don't apply the cheapest coupon available when you have no insurance unless you are behind them what coupon should be applied. My wife picked up the medecine and didn't show the coupon. The charged nearly x6 times more than the cheapest coupon. I had the medecine sealed in the stapled bag to return and apply the cheapest coupon. They denied because the medicine had already left the store. They didn't rebill either nor issued a store credit.

The store was cluttered and hard to shop. The shelf spots on my short shopping list were empty, wrong items in the spot, or not priced. And the cashiers were poorly trained and unhelpful.

Worst Walgreens I have ever shopped at . Filthy place and Keila is racist and can’t complete a simple exchange with a receipt . 3 associates tried but keila was the most disrespectful! The item was only purchased less than a week ago and it’s falling apart .They didn’t try to call anyone to help them with their register . They couldn’t figure it out and told me to go to the store where I purchased the item in another city . I called corporate and they confirmed this store is lying ! I will never shop at Walgreens again. I usually shop at cvs and now I remember why . I asked the associate if I purchased an item out of state would I have to fly back to the state where I purchased it from and the the male associate said yes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Numerous occasions where the pharmists have NOT filled RX when the online registered text delivers that prescription is ready. Scripts also have NOT been filled according to doctor orders until I've called to complain. Do NOT trust them to be honest. Claimed that script wasn't ready at drive-thru & when I call later they state that they ordered stock for the next day. Not returning.

Store is disgustingly filthy! Of all places the patient treatment room for the pharmacy is so dirty! I did speak to the person giving me the injection and she shrugged it off , made an excuse that had nothing to do with the actual garbage and slime, all over the room. The walls, floors seats , everything is gross and unhygienic! Also it took four full days to fill my scripts! Time to fire the manager!

Kudos to Judy. I came to the register with 2 boxes of diet Mountain Dew cans. She said: you know, they're 4 for $16.98 (or something). I said: the sign says 2 for 8, but it's fine, I'm not going to argue with you, but you may want to fix the sign. She said: let's go look. I followed her, and sure enough. I said: you're absolutely right, I apologize. She pointed out: they're on sale if you buy 4. Do you want 4? And then she helped me carry them to the register!She was very gracious and calm and helpful. Fantastic and appreciated customer service!I hope you know what you have in her.

Given expired medicationWent yesterday for Paxlovid on Dec 27/2023. The medication has an expiration date of October 2023. See picture below.Spoke to my sibling that's in the medical field, she stated not to take it due to the fact it will have not have the proper chemical balance to help my treatment. And or, can result to a high risk outcome.Walgreens, inventory your expired medication. What the hell.

The pharmacist, Travis O’Gwynn openly discriminated against me and refused to dispense medically necessary medication for chronic fatigue and aphasia. First he said it was because my neurologist is an hour away. I moved and have an established relationship and travel to see him. Then when I asked him for his name he refused to divulge it. Then he started to go down my history and made issue bc the NP called it in. Then he mentioned that I received telehealth during Covid from an out of county doc. Do I also have to explain that I’m a victim of stalking and provide court records. Im sure if he goes further back he will see that my neurologist was prescribing the same stimulant prior. I have been bedridden and suffering in pain for months. He was searching for any reason not to dispense. He confirmed he had the medication in stock. A pharmacist should not have the ability to override my doctor who has prescribed medically necessary medication and is harming me. Disgusted.

24hours??? Oh give me a break! Talkin bout "closed will reopen at 8" completely unacceptable. Hire the right amount of employees to stay open. Or don't advertise 24hours. It's simple Obviously the manager is selfish and doesn't care. Higher ups should be dissapointed and need to get this store under control.

I moved here 45 days ago, I visit this pharmacy since I arrived almost every day to buy cigarettes. Today the lady didn't want to sell me cigarettes because I have a paper ID because I renewed my license, I showed her the old license and she didn't want to either, the manager came and enjoyed telling me no. The funny part of this matter is that this lady has been selling me cigarettes all this time with that paper, but today I saw in her face and because of the treatment they gave me that it is not a good day for them. Their face of racism gave them away, I inform you that I am a citizen of this great country and it is a shame that there are still people with this attitude. That provisional license was given to me by the DMV, that is, the government, they have accepted it at the airport and in all places that require it to provide a service. You have all accepted it there. I feel sorry for the cashier lady and even more so for the manager!!!
