Every time I come to this walgreens there is an issue. The pharmacy Manager Shy and the store manager Shaniqua does not care about the customers complaints. The store Manager just looks in your face with sarcasm and laughs at everything you say. This is why they have 2.7 stars.

Just spoke with a very rude and condescending individual. I called with simple questions and was dismissed right away due to not being able to pronounce the medication and was told she can’t check stock if she does know the name. I then explained to her I was told she would be able to look up my account….after she did this she basically scoffed at me and said the medication wouldn’t be available anywhere….the manner in which this individual treated me when I was just calling around to see if I could have this med filled should be addressed.

I just stopped in to this Walgreens. I needed to grab something quick to eat on my way to work. I grab something and went up to the register and there was nobody there. There were other people ahead of me that were waiting for somebody to come to check us out, but the only person working was helping someone get photos… I waited quite a while but realize I had to get going because I had to get to work. The gentleman before me made a comment about nobody working there and he left angry and I have course had to leave because I wasted time I didn’t have a chance to stop somewhere else to get something to eat on my way to work. I thought about just leaving the money on the counter and taking the slim gym with me but did not do it very sad the way things are nowadays… And then people wonder why these stores keep closing

Was there at 11.56 pm. Says open until 12am. Saturday night. I just had to grab something would have taken 2 minutes. If your not open until 12am then say 11 50. False advertisement

I just want to say how amazing Lizzy is in the pharmacy. She seems to always be there almost seems to be by herself a lot. I was out of my meds and had to have them filled same day. Instead of her brushing me off she went and looked for some and made sure I got them filled same day when I told her I was out of them. This says a lot since the last couple years they seem to have really cut back on staffing in this pharmacy. Lizzo went above and beyond to help me and it was much appreciated. I really hope her manager knows how great she is.
