This pharmacy tells you when your scripts will be ready and when you show up at that time they make you wait for hours. The girlS behind the counter are mostly rude. I am here now for the 3rd time STILL WAITING!! I’m literally listening to them complain about customers that are calling. I am witnessing them treat people rudely!! It is Sept 27 @6:30pm. People been working all day then come in here and get treated like this by these 2 girls. They are making me wait even tho I received my texts that my scripts are ready. Very rude. ALSO..I have never experienced this while Joe Buckley is working. He is nowhere today. Their area behind the counter is very trashy too. Rude! I usually leave good reviews but NOT WITH THIS!!

Waited 1h for the pharmacy for a covid test. Still didn’t get one, decided to just buy a self-test kit.

Extremely agitated with this pharmacy. I switched over to this pharmacy because the last pharmacy I used I was given someone else’s medication. The first couple months this pharmacy worked wonders. They had plenty of staff, my prescriptions were ready very quickly, and I got in and out in no time. That is not the case now. Today I left the pharmacy without my prescriptions because they hadnt even started working on my prescription order. There was a pile of orders on the counter I know because the woman showed me, my order was dead last. I was told on the phone my order would be ready at 6pm I left at 6:15 and not a single person touched my order. This pharmacy is always backed up. Inside and the drive thru. I’m switching pharmacies at my next doctors appt because this pharmacy doesn’t know how to properly staff and take care of customers

Went to AdventHealth/Walgreens appointment this morning, waited over an hour to be seen (despite being told to arrive 15 min early for check-in). NP said running behind, hasn't had front desk help in over 2 months. NP was professional and helpful. Positive strep test, script sent to the same pharmacy within the Walgreens store. Went home and waited for call that script is ready. Received a call and text that my prescription was ready. Very clear on website that pharmacist is on break from 1:30-2. The tech refused to fill my antibiotic until I speak with a pharmacist. It is 2:02pm- no problem. Except unfortunately the pharmacist took a different break time today. So I have to come back in 30 min. Hope I'm not exposing too many people, was told I am very infectious.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff of this pharmacy for making the process of picking up my scripts always quick and easy. Haven't ever had a bad experience here. The staff is prompt, courteous, and helpful at all times. The store is also great!

I've always had a really good experience at this pharmacy compared to costco, CVS, and Bill's pharmacy. This place does not treat me like a criminal for trying to get the medication I need and they are always very caring and understanding and I never have any problems.

Pharmacist is extremely rude. Doesn't follow up with doctor and makes his job, yours. Enjoy at least a 10+ minute wait every single time you visit the drive through. Entire store staff is not only incompetent in every way, but also unorganized. It's a chore just to get rung up by any cashier working there. Store is dirty and in desperate need of new management or better employees who don't eat on the job at 10:30am while you're trying to get your prescriptions filled. I normally don't write such scathing reviews but I'm absolutely fed up with this pharmacy.

ATTENTION PHARMACY Spanish girl training the new girl is horrible at customer service in pharmacy. I will not ever use this pharmacy or shop ever again at walgreens.

Older guy that was at the register today around noontime is rude and sarcastic. Not necessary ! Don't normally shop there and won't be going back

It has always been a pleasure to visit this location! the pharmacy needs some work but the acutal store is always stocked, clean and has amazing costumer service
