I actually like this Walgreens location. I live nearby and buy a lot of stuff there. And I have all my prescriptions filled here, at least for now. But one thing annoys me; they refill my prescriptions without my asking. I have never opted-in for automatic refills and I do not plan to do so. So Walgreens, why can you not get this figured out?

Not happy with the pharmacy. Went there at 8:45 to pick up a medication that was ready and it was closed when they are supposed to be open until 9 PM? This seems to be a trend everywhere that employees are wanting to close early at establishments. Not quite sure if people just don’t want to work anymore or what but very disappointed.

Pharmacy was closed on 10/13 with no warning and can't transfer scripts because they already ran them with insurance so in limbo hoping that don't have to go to er for blood pressure meds

Prices are marked down but apparently when you go to the cashier they are full price and clearly the item number and ticket is on clearance so not sure what all that is about. If you don’t want an item they tell you to put it back your self . The only employee I seen today was a AA woman that was rude and didn’t want to price match or help with the items that are supposed to be on clearance

I went to this Walgreens while my stepson was getting a haircut and the lady at the register (Gesenia) was super nice had a lot of patience and gave me great customer service thank you gesenia I hope I spelled your name right lol the world needs more people like you

I have been to every Walgreens around in the Brandon Tampa area this Walgreens on windhorst is absolutely ridiculous they're always closing early I get there at 9:40pm and this woman already has the store closed down dancing around inside. Like really what is going on? Can we please get some good management going on and if you're going to close before 10:00 p.m. every other night of the week please make sure that's posted. I along with two other people walked up to the door to go inside and were turned away because of this.

To say this location has gone downhill is an understatement. The pharmacist at this location is extremely RUDE for no reason at all and has zero empathy. It's like you're a huge bother for getting prescriptions there and having a question about when a medication would be available. I live directly across the street but will never return here for the pharmacy and will go out of my way to use any other pharmacy around except this one.

This location has gone downhill tremendously. They have now cancelled two of my prescriptions that were on order with never informing me. I got two emails and phone calls saying my prescriptions were on order only to find out when I logged in to my online account that they were cancelled and not actually on order. Absolutely unacceptable disregard for peoples wellbeing.

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. They lost our Covid tests that we needed for travel which disrupted all future plans we had. Definitely do not go here for testing if it’s urgent

This location has the friendliest staff out of all the walgreen location's I've been to.I've had been having a rough couple of days but just the simple kindness from the employee's made my day better today. I was greeted by on employee as I walked in, another one greeted me as I was getting my supplements, and the young women with short hair at the register was also very kind. Thank you all for your kindness it is greatly appreciated. (You never know what people are going through)

I love this Walgreens!! It always has everything stocked. It it always empty and quiet there. The workers are very kind and helpful. The pharmacy people can be a little rude. Other than that, I love !

The retail portion of the store is wonderful. They are friendly and helpful.However, I dread the pharmacy. They almost always seem annoyed and completely lack any kind of empathy for anyone who visits. By the way, do not attempt to walk-in for a COVID booster. If there is anywhere from nobody to one person there to get one, they are “booked up”. Publix is a good alternative.
