Kaleb is AMAZING! My dog has a lot of skin issues and he is so knowledgeable about all of the different brands of food. We have been several times and he is the best. I found a ramp this past visit and he opened the box to show it to me as well as price matched! Then he carried it to the car for us. Everyone that works here has always been great, but I definitely wanted to give Kaleb a shoutout. Love Petsupermarket!

I was impressed with the fact this place is not a boutique pet store based on the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness. It also doesn't have the smell of a normal pet store. Kaylob the cashier was so nice and helpful. He gave me great recommendations for my over sized bored dog. we left with a couple dog puzzles and other goodies. Thanks for all your help!

It was nice and clean in here. The staff was very nice and friendly. A large assortment of fish and the cutest bunnies. Me and my daughter went looking for fish tank filters and things for her turtle tank. Both of which were easy to find.

I stop by to pick up a few things for my pups. I found exactly what I was looking for didn't have any issues or problems and the lady at the cashier was very helpful and kind...she showed me where to get the product prior to my purchase and I appreciated it.

Takes an incredibly long time (even when you arrive early) and no consistency between visits with quality of vet care.

Poor customer service here. I asked for help with choosing some fish when I saw an employee tied up helping a family. I was given the excuse that two employees cannot be in the same section. Mind you there were five of them on the floor. Nice going.

I was very skeptical of the new raw dog food that was recommended by an associate. It was an more expensive brand but wow my dogs love it so much. The texture is perfect. The bite size is perfect. He was s knowledgeable and knew exactly what fit my pets need. Will be cancelling my Chewy subscription and will be shopping here from now on!
