Super nice until you tell them you don't want to buy a phone... need help look at the app phone acting up call the number... so they don't help at all with anything unless you want to buy a phone.... so don't waist your time coming here for help/ any other Verizon store. They will just tell you to use the app or call customer service

We went to this verizon store today and we're helped by Kai.
5 stars is not even high enough to rate this store and our salesman, Kai. The store was well stocked, clean, and comfortable .
Kai was exceptional! His customer service skills should be followed by all new employees. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient. My husband and I are not the brightest when it comes to cell phones and probably ask more questions than most people (which can be annoying). However, Kai took the time to make sure the new phone was set up and we understood the new features. He also explained what we needed for chargers and accessories.
We can't thank him enough for his exceptional service. He is a great asset to this business!

We had a great experience with Tony the other day at this location. We went there to switch SD cards on ipads and ended up leaving with a brand new verizon plan that overall saves us money.
