Workers are extremely rude. They will treat you like youre making their job harder if you bring too many packages. Be ready to be ignored straight to your face.

All the staff is super friendly, and very helpful. They always say "sorry for your wait" even if it's a 5 minute wait time. The place is clean and well supplied. Great group of workers!

The facility was clean. The staffs were welcoming and smiling. You can skip the queue/ wait line by visiting the self service for shipping your packages or if you have a prepaid label.It is in Kings Row Shopping Center. Parking may be limited based on the time you hit the USPS.

This place is redicilous I walked in and the line was nearly out the door and I see customers walking out the door due to their being only one teller and the other teller Ryan is just sitting at the desk doing absolutely nothing while more customers are so upset because the wait time and the horrible lack of service here they seriously need to get it together

Associate Jess D helped me before I even joined the line. After being called from the line Ty was also very courteous and polite. Never had this type of services from any USPS office I have ever been to.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this location, because USPS is usually a nightmare experience. I went at around 12:30 on a Thursday afternoon, it was surprisingly quiet. I was greeted and served by James almost immediately, who is very polite and welcoming by the way. The establishment is clean and from the looks of it well managed. I was in and out.

When I first moved I was not receiving my mail. I tried calling but was not successful. I went early one morning and although there was a lot of people, the line moved quickly. All staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They handed me a stack of mail and advised me someone placed a hold on the mail for my address. Moving forward I received all my mail on time. I've done a few more times to mail packages and again experienced friendly staff that worked quickly. I did have an incident where one of my packages went missing and contacted the office. I was assisted but unfortunately they lost my package. There was no real solution. I was supposed to be mailed a letter and that never happened.
