I would do 0 stars if possible, It seems they all hate their jobs. I can't understand why they have to scream and be rude to customers; coming to this branch is always a horrible experience.

I wish I could give negative stars as a business this location is absolutely terrible. I have had a few packages go missing with no resolution, or they tell me to go online and fill out paperwork that never gets looked at, One staff member in particular, I don't know her name, but she always has an attitude and tries to get people to do it themselves so she doesn't have to do her job and takes an absurd amount of time to do anything. She greets people rudely. Only three members of the staff there have actually ever been helpful And provided adequate information or a resolution to an issue. As a Post Office, this location is terrible. I will purposefully go out of my way instead of going over a fence. I will now drive my car two miles away to the other location, which i've never had an issue with. ??

Scheduled an appointment online to do my passport. The door for passports was locked. 5 minutes after my appointment time, and after staring at me waiting, finally was told by someone else they were with someone. 10 minutes later, the previous customer exited and the worker slammed the door in my families face. Use another place as they do not respect others time.

I mailed a card to the right address & state, but the wrong city. It took over 10 days, but USPS figured it out. They delivered a "belated" birthday card & an enclosed gift, which brought joy on both ends! Thanks for the extra effort, USPS!

US postal service is horrible now days. They drive through the parking lots like idiots. I yelled at one for almost hitting me while walking in the parking lot and now all my mail is being sent back to our customers as non deliverable.

I want to start by saying thank you so much to Leslie! I have had horrible experience with USPS constantly losing my packages after they’d been marked delivered and the usual answer I get is “sorry there’s nothing we can do but open an investigation”. We all know that never gets resolved and you end up having to purchase the item again. On Wednesday I got a delivery notification at 10:30 am that my package was delivered and inside a parcel locker. My roommate went to check the mail around 1pm… no parcel key. I gave them some time and checked myself around 7pm… still no key. I spoke with CSR Thursday morning who was very kind and advised I call the office directly so I could maybe meet with the mail carrier. Leslie picked up and advised she’d have the carrier double check the parcel lockers. The carrier then told her all the parcel lockers were empty. Both Leslie and I feared the parcel key was put in the wrong locker and someone had my package. She took the time to go find my package herself and did! I am so grateful for her because she did not have to do that. She was amazing and communicated with me throughout the day to keep me updated. The 4 stars given are for Leslie.

They usually have enough people working the counter. They are helpful answering your questions. Easy to get in and out. I have had no issues myself.

The Jamaican accent male clerk is very rude and they always overcharge me to ship things without me knowing, claiming that my packages are 0.1 or 0.5 oz overweight which Is not even fully 1 ounce overweight. I sell things online and always seem to get a notification that I'm being charged an extra $7 by the online seller platform because this usps charged them and is claiming my packages are 0.5 oz overweight . Be careful here and check your receipts.

To Employee “JASMINE” We often write about bad experiences at the post office but today was a good day! I ship packages everyday and today I had a problem with a box and Jasmine fixed it! She went out of her way and she didn’t have to. She is what is needed at many of our post office. Her personality is bubbly and her customer service skills are impeccable! This post office has come a long way and I’m sure with the staffing that they had today, they will surely thrive! The lines were moving at an exceptional rate! The employees were all knowledgeable! They staffing were happy and spoke highly of the company that they work for!! WAY TO GO OAKFIELD POST OFFICE!

Walked in, short line, employee was asking people in line can I assist with self check out. Young lady who helped me very polite. Keep this up and you'll ruin the saying "going postal"! jk USPS, great job!
