I’ve never had to deal with people that were so incompetent at their own job, I’d literally recommend going all the way to Tampa. These people won’t help you with anything, instead they’ll look at you like you are an idiot. Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my opinion.

Do not have documents notarized here. Made an appointment two days before. Showed up 10 minutes early and was told the manager who is the notary just left and would not be back for an hour. She said there was no point in making an appointment because they do not keep them. Basically show up whenever and hope the notary is present. What a joke.

Got in there about 10 minutes before closing, and by the time I got to my turn in line the employee stated that she could not get any item boxed and labeled for me since she had 2 minutes until close. I can’t help the computers giving issues or customers taking longer because they want to be on their phone while trying to get something done in a place of business. I left work early to do this and I was in there with time before they closed. Very unprofessional to me.

WILL IS THE BEST!!!! Used numeric UPS in various locations and states and no one compares to Will. His patience and customer service are what UPS says their company presents. But sadly, some spots don't. Will here does.

Sign on front door claimed holiday hours would be 8-3 today, New Years Eve…..but when arrived, closed. Observed other customers showing up and leaving. Lousy service, poor management

Shipped about 20 boxes in the last week and the people at this store are the BEST!! I’ve been to others, and not as friendly and helpful!!
Shan was there alone today because 2 others sick and they were busy, but boy, can she multitask and took care of all of us in no time!!! She really deserves kudos and a raise!!!

Absolutely useless, went and took a print to them on saturday, told me it will be done by Monday no one phoned me back, Tuesday crickets, phoned them today and I get told that they have told me they cannot print it. I do not recommend this ups! An absolute waste of time. I was helped by Will.

Don't do business with these people. They just tried to sell me an envelope to drop off a prepaid shipment. I produced a receipt from the week prior where I wasn't charged and they were just rude. Drove another UPS store and they provided it no charge no questions asked. Bloomingdale UPS store is a ripoff
