I’m am writing this review from in front of the Brandon store. I was assisted today by the African American female as referred to in a previous post and she confirmed it’s her after her great service and my inquiry. She was training a new employee and the transition was a smooth as butter as she walked him through the process and answered all of his questions and mine. I am new to sending packages so she assisted and made recommendations which were cost beneficial and made me feel comfortable about what I was doing. Her name is Jessica by the way and she greets with a smile. Let’s gooooooooooo! And, yes I have an and…, 2 hrs later I noticed I made a mistake on the shipping address, I called and Jessica saved my hind parts. Thanks African American female.

Horrible customer service. They want to charge $3.75 just to print a shipping label! And on top of that the African American female at the front has the worst attitude as well. I'm a box holder and am embarrassed at this store. They obviously don't have a business mind and have no regard for their clients.

Showed up at the store at 6:28, store closes at 6:30 doors were locked and workers wouldn’t open. What’s the point in having hours of operation if you’re going to close beforehand?

Horrible customer service…I went to return an Amazon package and asked can I return this package ? The front desk worker says “no” with attitude, funny I guess.. I ignored it and looked for my QR code and he sighed at me. When printing out my receipt he proceeded to talk to the guy behind me. Where is the communication? I just left and said thank you. I guess they don’t prioritize being nice to customers.

Print any labels before you go as they want $3.75 to print return label that was emailed to them. That is absolutely ridiculous for 1 label. ?
To say it’s because they use expensive and good quality products is not what causes this kind of price. So if I have a QR code you print the label free but, if you have to print it from an email sent to you it’s $3.75 on the same label… come on do better.

The lady that served me wouldn't help with my shipment she just kept taking the next customer when she didn't even offer any help and this ups locations wifi password is so complicated

I’m changing this review because of the HORRIBLE SERVICE I experienced today at this location usually I can depend on the manager Corrado to be a stand up guy but that was a fail just like the DISGUSTING SERVICE received from ROBIN MACHUCA she was mean UNPROFESSIONAL and very RUDE never will I go to this LOCATION WORST IN TAMPA trust me you will thank me later for warning you!!!! Not only was it a waste of time it’s Also dishonest employees there can’t trust them !!

Needed to get an important document printed before work this morning, Thursday January 25th. Store is supposed to be open at 8. I arrived at 8:40 and there still was no one. Usually this location has good customer service. Them not being open was a major inconvenience.
