I want to say to start I met three great employees there who came off as nothing short of stand-off guys when I went there so I have zero complaints about the customer service! however I need to say first I take full responsibility and accountability for not doing my research before buying my firearm and ammo as I’m new to the world of guns but what really bothers me is finding out after I purchased a firearm From them that it goes for $262 brand new yet I buy the same gun that was $350 but it was used versus new also many other firearms they sell new or used are expensive .Originally, I never said any anything or made a review because I tried to let it go and I just thought wow how could they have a markup for a gun that is new that is nowhere close to that price but today was my last time there Because whoever the owner is, he’s OUTRAGEOUS with pricing!! Make a living doesn’t mean let’s hustle others.. First the firearm then I’m buying ammo for $50 to find out 20 minutes later it goes for $35 at a multitude of places

Well i used to love this place and i have purchased a few guns here and planed to buy many more here but this last experience i just had was crossing the line. I got a light here they sell for $70 give or take. They sold it to me saying it was a great light. I come to find out its a $20 amazon light from china that its literally impossible to get a holster for. Iv looked into the light and its basically for airsoft. The red dot will not hold zero with a real gun (it was zeroed in shop and it was off zero before i even shot it again) and the whole assembly will just fall off the gun when shooting. They said they will continue to sell this product and wont give me money back for it. Lets just say they definitely lost a customer for life and any of my friends i ever brought to this place. They need to make it right.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They lady in there was extremely pretentious. I went here with my brother to go to the range filled out all the paperwork and was almost ready to go in. I tell my brother that a different range offers better deals and she took it PERSONALLY. She told me to go find another range that pays you to shoot there... calling me broke as if I did not come there to spend money.. She is incompetent so not waste your time here. The other guys seem okay but we did not interact much. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, save the headache.

Thank you to Universal for your hospitality! The range was incredibly well kept and organized. I will continue to bring students to your facility for qualifications and trainings in the future. Staff was outstanding and very efficient in processing the class through check-ins. Enjoyed meeting all of you!! One of my students even made a purchase after he completed his qualification. GREAT JOB!!!

customer service sucks came in to try sell a Glock still in case with safety lock cord on. in addition to the guy giving myself and my wife attitude. he also proceed to try force our case close and when we try to correct him so he doesn't damage our property he tells us we can't touch it. Dont waste your time stopping here. they don't know how to handle people property and they will low ball you and try to give you cents for your items.

i went to universal gun and pawn for a training lesson, they are very experienced and teach fire arm safety very well! before i took the training, i was nervous to even shoot a gun. but after the training i walked out with great confidence and know more about holding and firing a gun properly. the employees are very nice! i recommend this place if your interested in learning, practicing, or pawning items.

This place is very sketchy and limits and hides information regarding purchases and does not respect constitutional rights! The owner said there is laws against purchasing a firearm out of state and I said I'm aware but the law only applies to pistol and short barrel firearms correct? He said no there's new laws and couldn't tell me what the where so I could educate myself after this interaction I did some further research and concluded that this was an absolute lie and proceeded to make a call to the owner once more he then explained to me that it was just to much work for him and he just didn't wanna sell to me cause he does not have time for the paperwork this is not how you treat people and you should have better knowledge and communication skills as a dealer telling someone you can't vs you will not is completely different!

New to firearms and have visited this place twice , my first time with my Concealed Weapon Class and the second time on my own. The guys up front are very knowlegable about firearms and can answer all your questions . They can give you information about the manufacturer as well as the product . What they don't do is try to steer you to one brand over the other . They suggest you try out the brand your interested in and see if it meets your requirements for the firearm you want to purchase . You are always in control of the situation and their answers / opinions give you the ability to make a stress free decision moving foward . The firing range lacks air circulations whcih makes it a warm environment to say the least but if your goal is to learn and master your weapon you can adjust to that issue . The best time to come is in the week when most are woking and the range is available , assuming its more busy on the weekends . I will continue to partonize this business and hone my skills with my firearms and use the knowledge of the people who work their to become better at my new craft .
