Genuinely cannot thank Madison enough. She is such an amazing hair stylist and colorist. Let me first preface that I have gotten my hair colored and cut by her many times and have loved it every single time! A few days ago we did my hair and it didn’t quite turn out the way we had anticipated but once I let her know she was so quick to get me in and not make me feel like burden or an annoyance.
When I went back in she definitely killed it and it was exactly how we envisioned it!
In this industry it is very hard to feel like it is okay to speak up if you don’t love it and I genuinely cannot thank her enough for being so sweet and kind!

I’ve been a loyal Ulta customer for many years and have always enjoyed shopping there — until my recent visit to the Regency Square location in Brandon, FL on August 3, which left me extremely disappointed.
An associate named Nini was unable to assist me because she didn’t seem familiar with the products sold in the store. When I asked more questions, she responded with clear irritation and was openly rude and dismissive. I then asked to speak with the manager, expecting professionalism and an apology. Instead, the manager offered no apology, showed no interest in hearing my side, and immediately defended the associate.
I spent over $150 that day, yet was treated with disrespect and indifference. No one made me feel heard or valued as a customer.
This experience was upsetting, especially coming from a brand I’ve supported for years. I sincerely hope Ulta takes this feedback seriously and works on training their team to offer respectful, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service.

Ordered some saltair products even though they wrapped it in plastic my shower gel still leaked out. Whoever packages the products they need to make sure the lids are secure before sending it in the mail 😥😭

The store is a mess with very little in stock and the associates were talking behind the counter the whole time with a manager. When I went to make a purchase Reece was very passive aggressive. I got a free gift with my purchase and realized I bought the same thing as my free gift. When I went to make the return Reece loudly told her manager that I was returning the item I purchased because I got it for the free gifts. She seemed upset as if it were coming out of her paycheck. The manager and another associate said they would hold the free gifts if someone was already purchasing a “free gift item”. The whole interaction was disappointing.

Got a haircut with my girl Samantha C. The whole experience was amazing. She made my hair look amazing and I felt welcome by the whole staff.
Something I didn’t appreciate was the managers searching on the stylist area and talking to the girls about their cleaning role in front of the customers. That made them (managers) look so unprofessional in my opinion and they made the environment feel tense.
Despite that, all the girls (stylists) were amazing since the very beginning. I will definitely come back with my girl Sam. She definitely knows what she’s doing.
