Every time I visit, I get great service. The associates are so knowledgeable and helpful when I don't know what to get or if I'm having trouble finding something. Me and my sister both get our hair done here periodically. The stylists do an amazing job. We always walk outta there feeling good and beautiful ✨

So I had a appointment to get my hair done touch up root and highlights I showed the beautician what I wanted, she even took a picture of it to sit it down beside her to know what she was doing. She got finished. My hair was red on the roots a little bit of highlights. Nothing like the picture has shown so I went back the next day, cause I’m still dissatisfied to see if they can fix it now I come out with orange hair this time nothing like the picture so dissatisfied never ever go back there I don’t recommend them to anyone

We came in and saw the manger Jay today, she was amazing! Helped color match my daughter and gave me lots of tricks and tips on how to apply her make up. Honestly was amazing experience, she was very knowledgeable! Will be back in the future!

I promised myself I would not go back to this or any Ulta after several visits and I was completely ignored but I watched many youngepeople being assisted. Well, same thing this time. I got what I needed but went to Macy's and bought the rest if what I was hoping to get advise on. MACY'S was more than happy to help. Money is tight Ulta and if your girls can't go after ALL the customers instead of the 30ish groups, we will spend our money someplace else.

Highly recommend this location and Shelby for your stylist!! She gave me a full highlight and root blend after not maintaining my blonde for a year and half. She did a fantastic job and the overall experience was fantastic! This was my first time at Ulta, so I didn’t know what to expect, but I will definitely be back to see her. Thank you, Shelby!

Visited the store looking for a lipstick, but because I don’t wear makeup often, I require assistance from the store staff. When I went in there I wasn’t initially even acknowledged, when I asked for help they just recommended some brands I could test. No one offered to help me try any colors on show me anything. Clearly they were too busy to really help so I decided to leave. I’ll be going to MAC or Sephora where the staff actually care to personally help their customers rather than just make a recommendation.

My go-to girl that I’ve had for years changed her hours and they do not work with my schedule. Looking for a new stylist, I figured I would give Ulta salon a try. I scheduled an appointment with Breanna D the weekend before Memorial Day (Sunday). Sunday morning I received a call that Breanna needed to cancel my appointment, I was disappointed but understand things come up. I rescheduled my appointment for today, June 8th at 11am. I get to the salon at 10:50, Breanna isn’t in yet. I take a seat and wait….at 11:15 Lacy, the receptionist (very sweet girl) tells me that Breanna just called and will be another 30 minutes late. I told her I could not wait that long and that I was extremely disappointed. Lacy apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule, I did not. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and work ethic of Breanna D. I do not recommend.

A big shout out to Sarah! It had been awhile since I stepped foot into Ulta. I rarely wear makeup nowadays and so I needed to re-up all my expired supply while also being curious enough to step outside the brands I’m familiar with. Honestly, I could’ve cut 1/2 the time being in that store if I would’ve just gone up to her initially. This girl really took seconds to find my shade and truly nailed it on spot! She was so sweet and had a great personality. There’s a nice charm to her that makes you feel less naive to knowing all the ins and outs of today’s makeup as that can be a bit overwhelming. Highly recommend you ask for Sarah when you go in for a visit. She did great multitasking when others asked for her specifically too and was patient and kind enough to finish my face full of the makeup tested. Thank you again Sarah! Ulta - give your people commission already.. it’s 2024.
