truck leaked lots of water from improper repair in roof causing at book values over $40,000 in store invenTory to be ruined. Even with additional insurance paid for. they claim zero responsibility and said case closed from their insurance. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND RENT ELSEWHERE

Had an appointment for a trailer hitch install. Easy reservation system on line and through the phone.It's a busy place but staff was great at check in and the install was done timely and very professional. Very satisfied with the entire process and end results.

Very helpful and pleasant staff who answered all my questions. Everything was smooth and quick and again, the staff especially made my experience first experience renting a U-Haul great; i would highly recommend this location.
