“RJ was very friendly and helpful when I spoke with him on the phone about renting furniture pads. Bryan helped me when I picked up my rented trailer and was one of the friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to in custom service. He was efficient and happy to help get the trailer hooked up to my vehicle. It was a busy day at the rental desk, but Bryan made me feel valued and I had no problem waiting.When we had a tire blow out while traveling with the trailer, I called Bryan and he seemed genuinely concerned about us. I had questions about the travel insurance I purchased, and he was kind with explaining how it would cover the blown out tire. He was sympathetic to our situation and confident that the roadside assistance tech would be prompt.If I'm ever in the Bloomingdale area again and need to rent a U-Haul, I'll be sure to contact this dealer if Bryan and RJ are still providing service!”

“I experienced a delay in service when returning the keys. Initially, there was no one available outside, so I went indoors. However, staff instructed me to wait outside for assistance. It took approximately 10-15 minutes for someone to attend to me. This situation seemed like a mismanagement of time and reflected poorly on the customer service.”
