Good selection but doesn't seem to be what tobacco depot used to be. Most of the cigars smoke like they haven't been taken care of and are more expensive then other places in town. Lounge is good

Well I just did what everybody does. I called to ask about cheap cigarettes. I talked to a fella named Jeremiah and he shot me straight and didn't try to upsell. So this is where I sent my wife to get her fix (cigs). She returned home and relayed to me how well mannered these folks are.

Tobacco Depot helped me out a ton as I had just moved to the area. Super friendly and very helpful. They ordered what I needed with no hesitation or problem. Great location and awesome staff.

Nice folks in store, but it's chronically understocked and disorganized. They just can't or won't obtain the cigars you want. I've tried for literally months to get JFR Lunatic Jackhammers, just can't or won't get them. Have had the same issues with other brands. Contacted Corporate website; no response. Poorly and unresponsively run.

They don't have Copenhagen products. I thought they would carry it. So they lost my business.

Wouldn't let me to grab a cigar since had my daughter. Even if they sold alcohol, it would be like not allowing me in to a restaurant because they sell alcohol there too. Makes no logical since.

Who raised the rude girl that asks for ID as soon as you enter without even saying welcome. No warm welcome and it's sad bc I visit all of these stores in the Tampa area and I am a member. I will no longer spend with this company. I'm always watched when I'm not n the store as well and I spend $1000s here
