On Thursday 1/6/22 my granddaughter’s backpack straps broke on her way to the bus stop she texted me a backpack she wanted from a place named Tilly’s, While viewing the website to order this backpack I saw a same day delivery option by Uber for an additional 9.99, so I chose that option and checked out. Well by 530 that day I still have not received her backpack so I called Tillys, I spoke with a young woman named Elizabeth who called the store and they gave the story of that it was not ordered in time for same-day delivery, which was totally untrue, she said they were delivered the next day which would’ve been Friday 1/7/22, I asked for a credit for the same day delivery and she advised once it was delivered she would issue the credit, I don’t feel very much and we ended the call. Here I am today Saturday 1/8/22 at 12 noon and still no backpack!! I look called Tillys again I got a young man named Jake, I explain the whole story to him so he could check on it, he then came back stating that the reason why I didn’t get The backpack it’s because the order was canceled, so of course I was not a very happy camper there was no reason as to why it was canceled, no apology I just seemed as if Jake could’ve cared less, I asked to speak with the supervisor and I got quite a bit of pushback from, Jake he then placed me on hold and said he would get a supervisor. I let him know how unhappy I was with Tillys customer service, He came back on the line and said that the pending charge against my debit card was canceled and then asked where is the supervisor he said well that was their answer, I think Jake for confirming again for me that Tillys is the most horrible customer service I’ve ever received and as a first time customer they won’t see me again for sure. To end this post I will be sure to let everyone I know to never frequent Tilly’s online or even in store.

Good location in the mall. Excellent friendly service. My son enjoys their clothing. It's a boutique type shop with trends and styles for the younger crowd. Some bargains to be found, but it is a specialty shop, and most items are priced fairly high.

I was upset for personal reasons that made me cry while browsing the store. Carmen or Camren (I’m not sure I was still upset) gave me stickers, asked if I was okay and listened to my issues. She even gave me a donut and was so kind. Very personable and made me feel better. Thank you for being so kind to my girlfriend and I, I will never forget this day!

Not ada Disability wheel chair Accessible! Can’t fit my wheelchair. This store is a cluster! I can’t move through! Can’t shop here! Shelves on top of each other. No isles. No place wide enough or a wheelchair. Never will shop here.

Cute clothes and excellent staff. My boyfriend left a bag full of presents on accident and Jordan was very pleasant and helpful for holding our items.
