We went to the Tile Shop today and walked away knowing we made the right choice. We had a ton of questions and Torrie Fagan was there to answer them, help us make our dream match and give us a great price. She made an overwhelming job of matching everything up so much easier! The whole place had a good vibe and a great selection.

I recently went into The Tile Shop to look for tile for my bathroom. I spoke with Torrie Fagan and she is wonderful to work with. She listened attentively as I explained what I was looking for. She helped find a couple of styles that were just perfect for me and helped me get samples.Her guidance, design sense, and professionalism was just what I needed.

Went into the store looking for tile to update our fireplace. The design consult, Torrie was very knowledgeable and helpful. I showed her a pic of my FP and room and she pulled tiles giving me several options to choose from, loved them all. I did choose one and I would def recommend Torrie as she made the exp an easy one. Go see her, you won’t be disappointed!

This is the best store in town. It is a one stop shop for all your flooring needs! Gil was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable. The LVP came in super fast and looks fantastic.

During our search for new floor, shower and shower floor tile we found the same choices from the larger retailers, not that there is anything wrong with those choices, but we were looking for a selection with more unique styles and patterns. This is exactly what we found at The Tile Shop. What we also got was a very helpful staff that offered suggestions, was clear with timelines, and treated you as an old friend rather than a stranger. A remodel is stressful, inconvenient, and long. The Tile Shop made that part of the process enjoyable and easy. Customer service in todays marketplace is more important than ever, and The Tile Shop is keyed in to service customers for a long time coming. Thank you!

This was a third store we visited to get some tile for my son's house renovation. The Lowes and Home Depot had no staff to help us navigate through all the tile options and no one knew about their inventory. When we got to The Tile Shop Terry Walter greeted us and never left us until we found something we liked. He kept us in the shop after his store hours to finalize the purchase and he matched the price of tile we saw in Home Depot. Great customer service, which so hard to find nowadays. We also got some very good advice from him on grout choices and installing.The picture I took is to show that we were the last clients that night and they did not rush us out of the store. Big help when your own work hours only allow you to shop after 5 pm.

Totally disappointing. We were in there for over 20 minutes nobody even said hello. We came in to buy tile for a bathroom that we need immediately and we'll go somewhere else to take our business with sales people that at least acknowledge that you're in the building.

Was there for the first time. Looks very nice.However father did not want to continue looking around for the right Bathroom remodeling projects. So we left.Sales Agent was good though.
