I would not recommend this place at all they are very rude and do not try to work with you I tried returning a pair of scrubs and they would not take them because I tried them on once and took the tags off

I got my scrubs embroidered here and wanted black embroidery on all of the tops except the dark colors I wanted white embroidery to make the wording stand out more. I picked them up and my dark gray Figs scrub top had black embroidery that’s extremely close in color to the top. I wanted white embroidery on this top but now it can’t be changed without creating holes in it and it’s a brand new $50 scrub top.Be extremely specific when dropping things off and making embroidery requests otherwise they’ll just do whatever and not call to confirm anything. No refunds either if you don’t like it or it’s not as requested.

I suggest everyone to visit this store best pricing in all of central Florida. Felicia offers a 10% referral fee as well. All hospital staff with ID will get 10% off immediately.

Please don’t shop at this place. So today I stopped by this Brandon location based off what I found online in high hopes I would find what I needed or something similar. Not only was customer service terrible at the this Brandon location, but the attendant was irritated I was asking her a question about a particular item even though I was a first time shopper. I felt completely unwelcomed. Never again.

I think it’s disrespectful for employees of a scrub shop to not be wearing as mask during a pandemic. You are selling scrubs to the heros who are saving people lives while wearing 2 mask at most times for 12 hour shifts and you can’t even put a simple mask on when a customer comes in the store. I will never buy anything from any place that can’t be bothered to protect other human lives.
