To start off my children was only here for a month that should tell it all. They are way too expensive you can tell they only want to cater to a certain crowd. Not welcoming at all. In the infant room they only have Spanish speaking teachers. So the communication barrier is difficult . I was very confused on the changing schedule because if you change my baby every two hours why is her she always in a change of clothes and her clothes will be soaking wet. Then you could tell that when I made my complicated it got back to them because they were rude to me. On top of that I had told 4 different people in the front office that my baby is allergic to strawberries that next day she was fed strawberries. You have to pay extra for early drop off as in early like before 8am so I paid just for all the kids to be placed in one small room so what is the point of paying extra. Poor teacher looks overwhelmed. They are meant to only do preschool because they definitely don’t know how to take care of any children that can’t speak for themselves. On a positive note Ms. Treasure is an amazing preschool teacher my 3 year old loved her. She would cry anytime she called off. Another teacher that was great that my 3 year old loved was Ms. Megan awesome and friendly as well. Another red flag is when my daughter has to go to another class room because Ms. Treasure is absent. She refuses to go with her teacher. I would too if I was a child. All this teacher does is yell at the kids. Very nasty towards the children. Ms. Dominique is great once she gets a hang of everything.

Amazing child care center. My daughter has been coming here for over a year and the ladies always make us feel like family. Very personable touches on everything they do here. You can tell these ladies really care about the children as well as the amazing work they all contribute.

Favoritism’s is one of the main factors behind me taking my kids out. My kids love the teacher a lot but the people that are in the front don’t speak to me at all and it’s always like an attitude with the lady at the front desk. When they do speak to me it’s always so aggressive. They help others parents when they’re struggling bringing in kids but when I come it’s no help at all. My kids don’t get acknowledged in-till greeted by their teachers.

Terrible was not a fan at all of the school. They gave my daughter fruit that we clearly made KNOWN she was allergic to and it a couple of people that had nasty attitude. My daughter was being taught by teacher’s who barely speak English but I can admit she was great at what she did. Besides that they give my child mother a hard time with simple things and are not helpful like many daycares we been apart of.

Had a great week time at Cookies & Cocoa with Grandparents Day! Staff take such good care of the kids and make an effort to know their family. Wonderful place for your children to learn and grow.

Such an amazing daycareWe interviewed and toured several daycares to find the perfect fit for our baby and we instantly knew this was the place for us when we walked in and met the teachers and Director.Everyone was so wonderful and welcoming.I’m was very anxious to let my baby go to daycare but they constantly provided me with reassurance and made me feel so comfortable! The communication that the teachers and the director had with me in a daily basis was fantastic and the families are great

TLE makes my husband and I feel at ease to send our 13 month old son to daycare/school. He is so loved and cared for by the teachers and executive staff and you can tell he loves them too. They have a great learning program to help him advance and have fun too. We receive daily updates on his diaper changes, feeding, napping and pictures which is amazing! My only concern was the transition to his class from infant to toddler was very hard, 1 day, instead of a 2 week soft process that we were initially communicated. Aside from that hiccup, he quickly adjusted. I understand that the teachers and front office staff are doing the best they can and was probably just part of a timing issue. We look forward to making many more great memories in the coming years with the TLE Bloomingdale family.

My son attended this location for several months earlier in the year. The concept behind TLE is awesome, but this location is run extremely poorly! We had a plethora of issues with the leadership of this location over the many months of my child's attendance. This ranges from the front entry, parking dilemma, passive aggressive micro-management style, and front office staff abrasiveness and unprofessional demeanor, lack of consistent staffing, poor communication between the staff when initiated by parents, and poor management of classrooms by some staff members. The entrance of this location is extremely stressful and chaotic, the location alone and the lack of parking makes it stressful to come to this location. When you enter the building there seems to always be people piled in the entrance and the staff typically were always talking about a particular family or incidents that occurred with different kiddos throughout the day for all to hear not adhering to any privacy for families leaving a lack of professionalism lingering in the environment. There also would always be a different staff member hanging out with front staff visiting about their day, making it difficult for parents to be properly greeted or able to address any concerns without interrupting personal dialogue of staff. There seemed to be constant staffing issues. The particular class my child was in, had a normal daytime teacher, Andy, who was phenomenal!! Had it not been for her we would have left this daycare much sooner than we did. However, in the afternoons there was always someone different. I could never get a handoff report of how my child's day and progress was going, I simply wanted to connect with someone in the evenings that could tell me how their day went, what they needed to work on, if they had a good day etc. Additionally, none of the information I would communicate was ever communicated to Mrs. Andy for the daytime, this occurred on many occasions. Very frustrating and did not leave me feeling very confident with what was happening after the daytime teacher left at 3.My child was infected with impetigo 4 separate times at this location. Upon speaking with the director about it on two different occasions, she caught an attitude and told me that my child was the only one that had been affected. Basically, kicking it back in my court with no further investigation within the facility whatsoever. It was such a disrespectful interaction from the director, not taking the concern seriously in the slightest(Which I have discovered at a later point, that was not actually the case, I learned that there were other parents who left this location due to similar issues as well). My kiddo was not connecting with other people outside of this location. I specifically ensured due diligence of formally informing them for potential county and state agency reporting criteria. I never observed any formal reporting or notification to my child's class related to the very contagious infection. Despite inquiring repetitively there was no absence criteria nor medical documentation requirement despite a contagious infection notification to daycare. My child had never experienced this type of infection in his life prior to being in daycare at this location and the fact that it repeated within a 2 months period on four separate occasions in the same area after antibiotics and healing, became a huge red flag. After removing our child he has not experienced this issue again. We found a new TLE location and have had an overwhelmingly amazing experience!!! The location that we attend has fantastic management and different ownership who is very much a part of the daily interaction with the business. There are tenured staff at this location as well. It is a calm location, very calm entry point with very professional attitudes from all staff. Parents, there are better run TLE locations, don't settle! We have met other families who moved from this daycare as well to the one we chose due to ongoing issues as well.

Great daycare hands down, my daughter has been going there since 7 months old, she's now turning 4. Knowing that my child is safe while I'm at work is stress free. The learning programs are awesome my daughter started learning sign language around 1 years old. I highly recommend this location.

I absolutely love this TLE. Ms.Cathy, the director is the best person ever, it all starts with her. The way this daycare structures the learning plan for kids is amazing. I have loved the toddler teachers. There has been some changes as people leave which is understandable and the good ones are missed but everyone is amazing. All the staff is willing to help and very caring. Highly recommend

My son is currently a kindergartener in elementary, but a graduate of TLE. At TLE, my son was given the proper tools from his teachers for future academic success. He never ceased to amaze us with what he learned from school everyday and now he is ahead of the game in kindergarten! Kudos to the TLE staff and director, Cathy, for their hard work and dedication!

I spoke on the phone to the director who was incredibly impatient and made a point to be rude- just so weird and unprofessional. I was respectful- I advocate for myself- but my tone was considered off because of their assumptions and lack of communication- rather there was just blatant rudeness as I was transferred from one director to another because they couldn’t answer a question I had about their facility; it all could have been cleared up if they listened to the initial thing I said on the phone. It overall seems like a cold place with stressed out employees, and I feel bad for kids who go here.

Toured and checked out a couple daycares in the area. Decided to pay a little extra because they made us feel the most comfortable sending our first child to a daycare and honestly my wife and I are so glad we did. Our son loves it. He learns a ton there and the staff is truly amazing to work with. We couldnt be happier having them as or daycare.

This is a great place to send your children. My daughter absolutely loves her “Bubble School” as she calls it. The staff is amazing they respond back to you with any questions, request, or concerns immediately. They send pictures of you child throughout the day so you never have to worry. I absolutely love this place!!!!
