I always come to Elite for all my car repairs. I had an older worn out tire go flat but by the time I arrived it was almost closing time. Shannon was able to get a new tire and have it mounted and ready to put on the car when I drove there the next day after work.

The ELITE AUTO TOTAL CAR CARE is a great place to take your car for mx & repair. They treat you like family. they are good at thier job, reasonably priced & honest.

They charge you more than the market price, supposedly they give you a discount and they add shop supplies on top of that ,they treat you In a despotic way, they said pay that’s it without any explanation of the work guarantee. they treat you badly. I didn't like it at all. 0 stars. Be careful and be aware Do your research before go to this place.

I’m always wary of going to auto shops because people assume women don’t know anything about cars which means they can be condescending and sometimes try to rip us off. I stayed here for 5 minutes and got that vibe immediately. The funny part is that I actually know a lot about cars, more than some men so when the older man at the front desk looked at me over his glasses and smirked while he tried to “mansplain” to me, I knew it wasn’t the place for me. I can explain what’s wrong with my car and fix most of it myself, so when I go somewhere for help and they act like I’m an idiot I don’t take that well. Also, add in the fact that they wanted $60 or $70 just to diagnose my AC plus additional diagnostic fees for other problems, I wasn’t happy. Ladies, there are TONS of shops that do not charge diagnostic fees and shops that are there to help you and not patronize you. Shop around and don’t assume the first place you go is the right place!

The shop was recommended by AAA. They honor their warranties. The owner Shannon, is a class act. The team was quick and efficient especially with my VW Jetta. Would recommend to anyone.

Very clean facilities. They take time to discuss what needs to be repaired and the cost so there is no surprises. As a woman, I trust them with my repairs and know they are not just coming up with things to fix.
