As much as I love this store, the clothes they allow their staff to wear, is so very disappointing and unprofessional. Belly shirts, seriously?!! Like my kid doesn't need to see your skin.

Tried to buy a pair of shoes listed as 50% off. The tag had them for $34.95 but they rang up as $39.95 and when I pointed it out, the cashier said oh yeah they've been coming in with the wrong prices. I said they needed to honor the listed price and she seemed annoyed but fixed the error. I'm getting concerned about how poorly the customer is being treated these days. This was an obvious error on their part. I shouldn't be made to feel like a POA for pointing out when something is obviously wrong. Time to boycott retail as much as possible. I'll be making things stretch longer and ordering online from now on.

This store is disgusting and a complete mess, clothes and food all over the floor. The store had just opened, these employees clearly do not care about cleanliness. Meanwhile the two female employees are up front at the register talking loudly about tinder. Never coming here again.

I often ponder how these stores are still open. I stopped shopping here for the longest time because of how rude they are across the country. I bought some items online that didn’t fit, and I made the very bad decision of returning the clothes at a brick and mortar location. I wish so much that I just donated them so as not to have had to interact with any of the awful associates that work here. See what happens when time has you forget- glad my kids are growing and here’s hoping to never have a memory lapse again! If you want to teach your children how to be rude, condescending, arrogant, and purposefully unhelpful, this is the place to go.

Great deals I love this store there outfits are cute ?. I got a lot of kid's clothing from this clothing chain in Oregon. I am so glad that I found them here in Brandon Florida. So glad we still get to shop here. The people working here were friendly.

Submitted my order for same day pick up at 9am today. Waited and waited for a confirmation that it was ready for pick up. When it started to get towards evening, I'm thinking I need to check on it. I google the number to see they close at 7pm and it was almost 6pm. I call and I don't remember who it was that answered and I told her I placed an order at 9am and was checking on it. To my surprise (and annoyance), I learned they never even done it. She tells me she will do it now and I should get a email within a few minutes. I verify that they closed in a hour and I was so annoyed to know that if I didn't call, they probably wouldn't have done it today(which is no excuse because when I got there, there were 5 employees total). Then my annoyance grew when I got the email that it was ready and seen that one of my items was out of stock for the quantity I wanted. If they had done my order earlier, I may have been able to get all quantity that I needed. I hurry to pick it up and I asked for a general/area manager number when I arrived. Was told I couldn't have their direct number but I can contact customer service. Customer service is closed on the weekend, so I emailed and I'm leaving this review. When I got home and opened my bag, they literally just threw the clothes(which are school uniforms) in the bag and stapled the top.

My order was never received, eventhough it says delivered we didnt get it. I called the children's place for more than a mont, bo answer or resolve, I emailed them over 10 times and received the same automated email and finalafter almost 3 minths, I get a human reply stating it shows delivered, so I need to take it up with USPS. order#321612665. I guess orders have never been lost or not received in their world but I do have to say this was by far the worse customer service experience of my life and I have already gotten 9 of my friends and family to stop shopping there because of similar online or in store experience and I am going to tell everyone who will listen about their unwillingness to try and settle the matter by giving me a refund. I am speaking to BBB and will be posting to yelp, Google, and anyone else who will listen. Never again will they get any of me or my friends money

The manager and distric manager are the rudest, most inconsiderate, uneducated about their own business individuals I have ever came across. The store is always in shambles and they have no idea if they have anything in stock or not. I placed an order online, waited, waited. No response. Went in to inquire 2 days later. Was told it was a problem with my card. Nope, the other store at Wiregrass had no issue, had my order ready in under 3 hours and it was placed immediately after the Brandon order. Placing fault on a customer is not OK when we have many retailers to purchase from and such readily available ways to leave reviews for everyone to read.

I spent almost 200 dollars on my grandchildren on the 18th of this month. I walk in today for a price adjustment and was told it’s 7 days for an adjustment, today is day 8. I went home and un wrapped everything under my tree and return it. You don’t value means my time as a customer. I will spend my money else where. They don’t know the meaning of good customer service. Every other store I shopped with had no issue doing my adjustment and for that I used the money back in there store. Very poor

I unhappy that I ask employee to pick up order ready she didn't understand and I show my phone was lower before died battery so can't longer lines so employee didn't care so laugh talk to other employe make fun of me. I'm going to call manager tomorrow.

They got one star for the sake of a review. Went in tonight and am so disappointed by the customer service. I walked into the store several minutes before closing. I went looking for a T-shirt for my daughters birthday that I saw was in stock online. When I walked towards the front to ask a question I was told, in an unpleasant tone, “we're closed ma'am.†I explained I was in there before closing and needed something and she repeated that they were closed. I love Children's Place but I'll drive out of town before I return to this one.
