When I give reviews, my goal is to not hightlight the bad but I could not let this one slide. I decided to dropped by this location because of the reviews for an oil change before going out of town this weekend. When I pulled up, a Technician by the name of Colin proceeded to direct me into the bay while smoking a cigarette but prior to entering, he ask what type of oil did I want. So, when I told him synethic blend, he got into a verbal back and forth conversation as to what is recommended for my truck - of which I understood. The issue was not about what the company recommends for my truck, but that this Tech over talked me and was totally unprofessional in representing this company. I explained that I have been a repeat customer for years while traveling in the military before retiring and that I understand the process and what I needed for me vehicle. He felt that it was necessary to continue telling me what is recommended for my vehicle. The entire exchange was so unsettling that I did not feel comfortable with allowing him to work on my truck. I left upset and totally disappointed, considering the reviews for this location. To cap if off, Colin was leaning against the wall smoking a cigarette when I enter the lot and walked to my vehicle still smoking. Truly professional and I will never come back to this shop while he is working there. I spoke to his supervisor George but still did not feel comfortable. I will definitely let Austin who the Store Manager know. All, please be warned!!!⚠️

I showed up on Sunday 10/20/24 and waited in line at around 9am. I was never greeted, never attended to, anything. One attendant told me to pull into a free bay and wait. Wait I did, because the two attendants immediately began working on the cars in line behind me. I waited for about 10mins to make sure I was being ignored, then left. Couldn't tell you their names because no one spoke to me outside of "pull up to bay 1." I just drove to the one on MLK and was done in less than 10mins per usual. What horrible attitudes at the Brandon Blvd location.

This place sucks. They try to upsell you on everything. My son went in for an oil change and they “sold” him a coolant exchange for $140. They said they told him the problem before, but he says they did not. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Negative 10 stars.. after being emphatic about what was wanted wrong oil put in and did not care .. asked them to fix and refused. They wanted to change me again full price to fix their mistake. The oil change before had a hole in the filter put on by this same location.. NEVER WILL I RETURN, ANY OF MY 4 CARS OR COMPANY CARS .. SUPER INCONSIDERATE AND NOT CARING

Jamie was very professional considering the hurricane madness. The staff was quick and knowledge. Asked if I wanted other services. I would definitely drive out of my way for services there again.

On Sunday, Eddie accepted the challenge of changing the oil in my Audi suv. There was an issue with oil not suctioning out but he drained it instead. Thankful that Eddie got the job done! I was a little disappointed that they did not have European version of coolant or power steering to top of my fluids.
