I came to the Tmobil store inside(located next to J.C Penny and Dillard’s department store) of Brandon mall to add a new line on my Tmobil account.My situation was a bit of complicated.But,fortunately, i had Jenn an associated helping me all three times .She has a knowledged skill on both technical and service that helped all my needs .Evently she also helped me afterwards on any questions that i concerned.I thank you again very much Jenn and Tmobil on caring of customer!!

Customer beware , first time signing up with T Mobile at this location. Store sold me a phone for $800 off of the sticker price of 999.00.I paid the difference in the store , Only to have the 800 tacked back onto my monthly bill.Now I'm stuck with a much higher bill than what the customer service representative said I would be charged. I would not recommend anyone to this store location.

I want to thank Luis for helping my parents Mr. & Mrs. Lisboa with the purchase of new phones and to switch permanently with you guys since they were in another company (AT&T) where apparently they do not treat older people well like everyone deserves… now they are very pleased with T Mobile. Thank you!! Guys ? I want to thank Luis for assisting, having the patience and time to help my parents with the purchase of a new phone and changing companies permanently with T Mobile since unfortunately where they were previously they did not give them as good treatment as everyone deserves. I went in to this T-Mobile to sign up for T-Mobile home internet. At first it seemed to go well and the employee sounded helpful. I was told everything would be taken care of and that was incorrect and I have had to spent several hours of my own time attempting to fix these issues. The employee I worked with determined I had an old address for my shipping address, but still accidentally shipped the internet device to the wrong address. The employee thought the issue could be fixed by me denying that order when it came through for confirmation via an email. That was not correct; the emails I did received told me I had two packages shipping - one to an old address in another state and one to my current FL address.T-Mobile charged me for shipping two routers and said I would be financially responsible for the router sent to an address 700 miles away. I tried calling the store. The first call was answered by a female manager doing inventory at 11am on 11/28/23- she said she'd call me back in an hour to ensure the delivery to the incorrect address was fixed. She never called me back. I received the emails noting two orders shipping, so I have called the T Mobile location 3 additional times since then; all 3 calls went unanswered and no voicemail option was available.I called 1-800-T-Mobile and spent 45 minutes trying to resolve the matter with them. I also sent an email to the store detailing my issues and received a form letter in response that showed they never read the new email or my concerns. Currently, I would not recommend people using this store - I won't ever trust them to get it right and I don't their owner Arch Telecom. They're not reading their email.

Better not even go to this store, they only sell based on lies, that is unfair, knowing how expensive phones are and they say that the bill will be at one price and then it is at another price for me, the worst tmobil store

In the T Mobile Brandon Town Center - JCP Ent store they sell you lies since they changed the staff, those who were previously there were friendly, intelligent, they solved problems and left satisfied as a Customer, but the new staff, especially MANAGER RAFFY, is totally RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, DISCRIMINATORYAND ABUSTRATING.I was presenting certain doubts about a promotion that I obtained through my plan and what he did was treat me rudely and alter his voice, almost shouting and imposing himself without clarifying my doubts and without solving the problem that I was presenting, I went on a Friday and he simply He said that I had to wait until Monday because I needed to hear the version of the worker who assisted me at the time of purchase and that he was not there on Friday (my version as a customer is simply a lie and he does not care) I did not understand because it is simply something which is written on a piece of paper they showed us and in a contract I signed. He also said that that was what there was but to return everything, that is simply what it is!!- As a manager you do not have the ability to solve problems- You need time to process your rank as a manager to solve problems- He had no respect for me because I am a “client” when I explained my problem again he made a mocking expression “no he still doesn't understand” and he no longer had patience- My husband immediately began to get upset because they were disrespecting us and this manager Raffy also altered his voice, that is, he cannot control his temper with customer service. I think he has a lot of range for what he gives as a manager and he cannot control himself.- He said that there were different types of applying the promotion but they only explained 1 to me- He was discriminatory with the language, thinking that I was not understanding him when speaking English.- again I say he is an aggressive person who treats customers rudely as if he were on the street and not at his workplace.Your job should really be to resolve problems and doubts for the client and ensure that the Client is satisfied with the Service that is being paid for.

I went with my husband last Saturday to pay his last payment of iphone13. One of the costumer services girl applied his payment to the second iPhone that was on the promotion(pay one get the second one free). We called today to costumer service because we are moving out of T mobile and costumer service representative told us that he own money to theiphone 13. He told us that we have to go to the store; we went and they told us that we have to call customer service and the boy who was on the store was keeping the copy of the payment. It is the worst service ever. If you have a promotion who is going to do a payment on the iPhone that is free in the account. They need more training and they have to solve the problem not sending the costumer one place to other. I hope we get a solution. BE AWARE PEOPLE.

We had a fabulous experience at this store. Mel was excellent, and she walked us through the entire transfer process with kindness and patience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Will absolutely visit this location again. :)

This location is a SCAMMMMMM. The guy charged me for 2 extra lines. When I asked for a receipt, they told me the printer was broken and that he will email me the receipt. My phone was going through the activation process and I did not have access to it until I got home. His name is ASHTON. I took this matter up with corporate and will be filling a report at the police station as my signature was forged on the documents. My Bill was $280 instead of $157. Thank god I checked as soon as I got home. Store #861

The salesman there lied, lied and lied!! I discovered so many things that were untrue about the 2 free phone promotion. I've been a sprint customer for over 20 years and never experienced a gimic like this. He didn't tell me that he was adding lines to my account and I asked several times how the promotion was possible. He said that I had to take those travel wifi towers and I said that I didn't want them. After receiving my bill, I see that I'm not even upgraded to the plan that he said, but he added a FEATURE instead that costs $30 extra dollars a month. Lewis
