Received email saying I needed to use my online acct or lose it. It required my account number to fix. I only have a check from my account. My daughter has all the other info except online. I called the 800 number. Was on hold 33:14 minutes. The agent referred me to a different number. I called it to receive message this is not a valid phone number. Help? I don’t think so.

I've been with this bank for 10 years and since they changed to Truist it takes over 15 minutes to make a withdrawal when there is no one in line at the bank!! It used to take 5 minutes.

I have been a member of this bank for seven years never had the experience I had today from the employee Name malisa at the Brandon location. She was very insensitive and very aggressive towards me I'm at customer at the end of the day no matter your feelings. Very unprofessional.

Love banking here! Everyone is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help with all of your financial needs. It also helps that it's within walking distance of a Starbucks. :)

Always great service and their bankers are always smiling! It's a good thing. This location it's mostly very slow, and that's one of the reasons I come here often. Also my main perk for banking at suntrust it's their delta skymile card. You get 2 miles per dollar spent and if you join the sky dinning and become a VIP, you get 5 miles per dollar spent at their participating restaurants. Good way to earn miles for delta. Besides the skymiles card, the location it's clean and welcoming.
