i brought a bag with lots of items that are exactly what they sell, name brand MK, Calvin Klein, Coach, Jeffrey Campbell, etc… 1. they didn’t call me when they were “done”, i called after two hours and they said everybody’s was done…..2. they did not look at my items, my items were folded the same way and in the same order i had them in the bag… meaning they never even gave them a chance….. definitely go to somewhere else!!! uptown cheapskate is way better.

They are only looking to purchase your new with tags swimsuits. They only want the latest fashion or name brand denim. While touring the store I did notice their pricing is about the same as going to TJ MAXX or marshals $15-$39 median price range for shoes and clothing mostly used items. They do however have a lot of name brand items but all still high prices: Tory Burch purse over $100, Nike sneakers $35, Kate Spade cross body purse $55, coach wristlet $35 (they cost that brand new on Coach.com). Lilly Pulitzer and Lulu lemon again $25-$40 a piece. The store typically has a lot of selection but definitely more boutique pricing for used clothing.

This use to be my favorite consignment boutique but their pricing is definitely higher than some of their competitors and the selection isn’t as good as it has been previously.

It’s a great place to buy, you can find some treasures for sure; worst place to sell…But that is why the prices for buying are so sweet.The place is clean, organized and the employees are wonderful (always smiles and ready to help).

I don't recommend selling to them. Maybe it depends on who's buying. I recently took a load of apparel, freshly ironed and everything in a clothes basket with more than half of the clothes brand new (from BCBG, Topshop, Express). I have sold in the past and told "you have really nice stuff!" I was told the styles were more than 2 years old or just not the right style. I guarantee some were purchased last year. It's odd because when you look at items on the rack, I wonder how they ever bought it (run down, stain, snagged). I won't be wasting my time. Maybe the new place coming down the street, Uptown Chesapeake, will be worth it.

This is an excellent woman's resale shop. Super clean and organized with tons of really cute clothes. There is something for younger and older women who want high quality cool clothes at great prices. Run, don't walk to find your treasure here!

Highly would not recommend- I was first told my bag of items would be looked through and ready after 30 min. I waited an hour and half before my items could be looked through. After all that time they decided to only keep one item which is fine but at an incredibly disrespectful price of $2 and some change. I declined as I paid way more for the pair of shoes. When I dropped my items off my shoes was in the box they came in. When I came to get my items then returned my shoes without the box! When I asked where the box was they had to go find it in the trash!!! Horrible !!
