Absolutely useless… all of them. Called looking for a specific product. They told me they had it in stock pulled it so it would be there when I arrived. I showed up it’s the wrong product so I drove all the way down there. Found that they still had one available but then they told me that one was broken. It is damaged and they couldn’t sell it to me so thanks again for absolutely wasting my time drove all the way down there for nothing now there’s no more stores in my area to even shop at because this one’s closing down so you suck and I can see why you are going out of business

Went to return an Amazon package here just to arrive and see a sign that says they are no longer accepting Amazon returns. And I had planned on buying a printer here… didn’t end up happening. Lost business! Ended up going over to Best Buy instead.

Definitely says this location closes at 9 pm and I got there at 8:15 and a tall young man with dread locks looked me dead in my face and said nothing. That’s my review, update your information online so it’s factual so people don’t waste their time driving to your location when it is in fact closed.

I ordered a vacuum online and paid it with a staples gift card.First they sent me a vacum with a wrong size bolt. I couldn't attach the handle.Second, and when I returnedit they did not give my money right away, they said they will mail a gift card.I can't believe a company like staples do that. What if I want to use the gift card to buy something I need from your store.I will never order anything again and nobody should.Very very very bad experience.

I believe his name was Gabe. He was so kind to me, offering bags for my Amazon items. No one ever speaks to me when I go pick up my items. Gabe is the GOAT at that Staples! All it takes is simple gestures like this. Thank you Gabe! The stars are really for him.

Came to bring back a package from amazon the teller says they ran out of labels till tomorrow poor service ask to speak to a manager and says that the manager is on a conference call trying to get more labels a printing store runs out of labels? What a joke!

Today I had the pleasure to have a Staples employee (Rebecca)help me find all of my items and went above and beyond to help me find alternative items that were not available. She checked inventory and navigated through the store finding the items I needed to purchase.Thank you Rebecca for being a kind and very helpful it really shows that she enjoys her job. You made my shopping experience enjoyable.

Dear Staples Management,I wish to bring to your attention a profoundly regrettable and unforgettable experience I recently endured at your establishment, an encounter that compels me to address the disconcerting issue at hand. It is with great dismay that I must recount an incident of theft and discrimination, rooted in the color of my skin, that transpired during my visit to your store. Despite being a dedicated patron, with recent expenditures amounting to over $4,000, I found the treatment I received to be anything but satisfactory.A store employee, regrettably, misappropriated $500 from my possession, or perhaps it was an inadvertent error. However, the incident was recorded, and I, too, captured the employee offering apologies for his transactional oversight, thereby substantiating the occurrence as a genuine mistake. Nevertheless, when other employees gathered, he failed to accept responsibility for the card switch, which raises concerning questions. I am currently in the process of furnishing irrefutable evidence of this wrongdoing to my legal counsel and financial institution, both of whom are steadfastly aligned with my position.Furthermore, I was unjustly subjected to discrimination when I sought assistance regarding a purchase for which I possessed an incontrovertible store receipt, placing the matter in the same location and store where my prior interactions had been remembered. It had been less than a week since my purchase of a $500 item that had inexplicably remained unactivated, despite debiting my bank account. This issue has transcended the realm of mere financial grievance, now emblematic of the treatment I endured.I must underscore that my entire predicament was dismissively greeted from the outset. The initial response was a resounding "NO," emanating from across the store, with an assumption that I lacked a receipt. This prejudgment precluded any form of professional assistance, as the store manager approached the situation with reluctance and a cursory examination of the receipt. The absence of proper respect, hospitality, and customer service was palpable. In a manner akin to an overt disregard, she snatched the receipt from my hand and retreated to engage in a phone call, eschewing any concern for my plight. My expectations, that the customer is invariably right, were trampled upon, and I felt gravely disrespected and marginalized. I cannot overstate the profundity of my feelings of discrimination as the store manager, Rebecca, visibly overlooked my predicament. As the situation escalated, I felt the need to apprise my partner of the unfortunate scenario, who, upon entering the store, sought to address the issue in a composed and respectful manner. However, his endeavors were met with gross discourtesy and aggression, as Rebecca pointed a finger in his face, instructing him to leave. The ensuing exchange, infused with mutual rudeness, culminated in the involvement of the authorities, with the employee even resorting to baseless profiling, alleging to the police that my partner harbored dangerous items in his bag.While I acknowledge that certain elements of my purchases included gift cards for social media giveaways, it perplexes me that the manager assumed wrongful intent when our singular request was a review of my receipt and assistance in resolving the matter.The dismissive attitude I encountered throughout this ordeal left me genuinely disappointed. My initial contact with Rebecca was far from pleasant; it was outright dismissive and discourteous. The need for her to revisit the fundamentals of customer service and hospitality is unmistakable. At its core, it is imperative to treat every individual with kindness and respect, regardless of the color of their skin or their appearance.In response to this disheartening episode, I have engaged the services of my legal counsel. However, I extend to you the opportunity to rectify this situation prior to any further action on my part. I earnestly anticipate a resolution by Wednesday .

I went two days ago and a really great associate helped me get a laminator as well as look for some other things. I don't remember her name but she had blonde hair and purple eyeshadow and she made my night. I had just worked all day and was tired and needed so much help and she had all the answers, and if she didn't know then she would find out. Thank you!! Ps. (I will bring in that thing to show you how cool it is, I haven't gotten it in yet but it's ordered.)

She showed me the options I had to print given the task I need to get done2. Terrible service! It seems like this lady really hates her job! She seemed so angry when I asked her for help! She treated me as if she had entered the place to ask for money.
