This was my first time at this location and I had one of the best experiences I ever had at a phone store. Will was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of what he does. His customer service skills were so professional. If I could give Will 10 stars I would. There need to be more staff members like Will.

Great service, came here on Black Friday 2023 to help with some activation issues and Andres was super calm and really informed. I noticed that everyone was super informative and accommodating, loved the experience.

Matt was fantastic! I am a previous Sprint customer who was rolled into T-Mobile. I’ve had multiple T-Mobile employees tell me they cannot help me with getting a new phone. Matt said that was completely untrue then proceeded to set up my new phone with an even better plan and all in less than an hour and with a smile on his face! I am very appreciative for his help and kindness.

Was frustrated by the claim process for our phone going from one store to another. We were the only customers in the store around 2:30, trying to speak to customer service on speaker with one associate but could not hear and the prompts could not understand us because the other associates were so incredibly loud. They were sitting at a table talking and laughing about games and did not seem to care that there were others in the store. Nelly was associate that helped us out and was very nice but when he politely asked them to be a little more quiet they actually got louder. I finally told them to shut up and that I was going to complain about how rude they were and they acted like I was the rude one, inconveniencing them! I guess this is what happens when T-mobile takes over Sprint, I have been a customer for 25 plus years and have never felt so disrespected and under valued!

Had to make a stop at T-Mobile since my phone decided to trip & fall down the stairs. Nelson was the gentleman who helped me. He was able to set me up with a brand new iPhone and watch!!! I was barely in the store long, thanks for the great help!

Store is very clean the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly Nelly in particular I came in because my phone was not working properly and he fixed the issue very quickly and helped me set up the t mobile home internet very happy with the customer service at this location
