Well… obviously they did a pretty trashy job cleaning my car today. The wheels are still dirty, Still, they did not clean the windows at all, and for nearly $70 you expect better. Definitely will not be going back. These pictures were taken about 5 or 6 hours after they did my car maybe. I haven’t even driven it except home (like a mile tops) and it DID NOT rain today so there is zero excuse for this. It’s unfortunate because they’re close to my house and the person that did the work was really nice, but this is a pretty terrible job for nearly $70. I wanted my car cleaned because I’m going A little vacation tomorrow. Now I get to spend the evening cleaning my car after I just paid $70 bucks for them to do it. So yea, I’m a little salty about that if I’m being honest. Was going to take wife’s car up after mine and have it done as well, but forget about it. If I had time to go back up there and complain about all this- I would, but I’m simply ready to leave town. I would suggest going elsewhere for sure… Do better Splash Or charge appropriate price for a Mediocre Services. And of course they want payment upfront, in advance before they even touch your car. They used to do a phenomenal job but they went to hell in a handbasket if I’m being honest-straight downhill. Never again. These are just pictures of the outside, don’t even get me started on the inside…

Great service and, I was in and out pretty quickly. The waiting area is comfortable and you get a basic car wash with certain services. I'll definitely be back :)

I will never take a car to do any mechanical work again. They don't know what they are doing. I left my truck to fix some problems that were going to happen for two or three days and two weeks later they want me to pay for the work and now it has other problems. Don't take cars. I advise you to fix it

Yesterday I went to this place for an oil change and new wipers. First and last time I will go here. If I could give a zero star rating I would. They tried to upsell me about everything. And yesterday before leaving the shop, my dash showed a low wiper fluid level so I pulled back in, they checked it and there was no wiper fluid. But the worst happened today, a very scary experience. I had just left my house heading to the airport to pickup a friend, and it started to downpour, a torrential rain. On the driver's side, the wiper blade flew off. I could barely see the road but was finally able to pull off and there was Sonny's Auto on Bloomingdale Ave., an answer to my prayer. They were so helpful and replaced my wiper blades on both sides. He said who ever installed them didn't make sure it was clicked in properly. So thankful this happened close to home and I wasn't on the interstate, could have been a very dangerous situation for me. Next week I plan to go back to Sonny's Auto for them to check and make sure the oil change was actually done and properly by Splash car wash, 3 minute oil change.
Please never go to Splash car wash and oil change.

June 29th 2024 at 5:25 go my car wash. So when I went to vacuum it I noticed there was no towels available I saw 2 dirty ones on a cart and I ask they young lady working for a clean one this girl went and folded the dirty oil ones and brought it to me . I said there dirty then she stated you right let me get a clean one. Really do I look dumb ? I used to love this place but I will go somewhere else from now on...

Gary and his team did a great job in taking care of my car. Servicing and detail was top notch and in the time specified to me.
Waiting area is clean and welcoming.

I paid $275 for Labor to replace rear rotors and pads. I understand they have to make money, but at least use
Sum KY jelly to ease the pain.
After 28 years in the army, i fought for their rights to stick it to me..

Terrible customer service. Just look at their responses to previous bad reviews. Extremely unprofessional. Clearly, the customer is NOT always right at this establishment.
