Great experience while purchasing a new phone as an existing customer. Associate was very patient while I was still trying to decide which phone I wanted to buy. I like the fact that the sale price on the phone applied to existing customers and not just new ones.

Stay away from spectrum at all cost. It's time to file a class action suit against Spectrum. They violate there SLA every single month with several hours of outage time a month. Tonight 10/27/2023 the internet is out again and I noticed at 230am that is was not working again. They have an automated message saying not that the internet will be bqck up but that it is expected to be up at 8:00am. How convient of them to try to fix their internet issues so that everything runs smooth while we are all at work.Then when you try to get money back for the time thr internet is out and they say the most money they can offer you back is 10 dollars off the next bill. Thank goodness I don't work overnight at a job that requires internet because your paycheck would be short every month. Maybe since we all cut the cord it's funny that the internet is out all the time, almost like they want to force to use their sorry excuse of cable.If they don't have the infrastructure to support the internet users they have then that is something that's needs to be addressed in court. They are charging us for a service that they can't structurally provide. I call that theft.

I came in on a weekday afternoon so the store wasn't super busy, however there was a steady stream of customers and everyone was being taken care of. I had an appointment and was seen immediately. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The manager Qwen (I hope I spelled her name right) took over with helping me, while still managing others and making sure everyone was being assisted. She was awesome and made sure I was completely taken care of before leaving!

Nick T. was awesome in assisting us in transferring our mobile service over from T-Mobile and setting up 4 new phones. Very patient and made the experience very easy when it never is. Answered multiple late evening texts on his own time before we decided to switch to Spectrum. Regarding other negative posts - yes, store was packed and those with appointments jump to the front of the line, but ultimately that is not the employee's fault. Spectrum needs to add additional offices in the area, just 2 offices for the Brandon/Valrico/Riverview area is not enough. 5-stars are specifically for Nick. Would give Spectrum 2-3 stars in general for lack of additional offices. They absolutely need way more in-person customer service representatives.

Beyond the worst experience in my life. It’s bad enough the service is terrible now. Don’t go without an appointment or you will waste hours waiting just to swap equipment. We watched 3 associates help 1 family. There needs to be better organization per people’s needs not just “get in line, & wait your turn” When some customers could get out of the store faster if this was in place.(I.e. If you are paying a bill or swapping equipment)

Only because I can't leave a zero star!Spectrum store in Brandon Westfield Mall is the worst! Staff is rude and do not follow the waiting list. Was there for over an hour and watched pulling people to their counter that had young attractive females while ignoring the people who checked in and were on the screen to be assisted. Names changed make twice the hour I was there waiting but they always had someone different at their register and it was ALWAYS an attractive female they were helping. Personally watched them walk out to talk to them and walk them back to their register.I confronted them on it after the 4th time they did it to only be told they have an appointment which I challenged them on because the screen with the ones with appointments were identified as being in yellow and underlined - there were no names on the list that were yellow or underlined. The kid actually laughed at me and told me they don't always appear up there.The final straw was when there were over 22 names on the waiting list with only 3 people working and one of them decides he's going to leave and go on lunch leaving the other 2 by themselves & they were more focused on flirting with the girls and talking about video games. At that point I got up and left. I went home and cancelled all my services except for Internet which I need until I can find a better alternative then spectrum! Severally disappointed with this location and uncaring staff there... Do better!

Abhorrent customer service!Mj was rude and dismissive when asked how long it would be for someone who wanted to drop off equipment for a client. Not my equipment but dropping it off for one of my real estate clients.After waiting for 20 minutes Joelle told me that I could not drop it off because I was not an authorized user on the account. I had a Publix bag with probably $800 worth of equipment and they refused to take it. I called the client who had the account put them on speaker and they still refused even if the spectrum customer gave a PIN number. I asked to speak to the manager and after Joelle left behind the secret door where the manager apparently was hiding, he came back after 15 minutes and said the manager Clifton said there was nothing they could do and I could not return it and the customer on the phone couldn't do anything about it either. The manager Clifton who was still apparently hiding in the back when asked if I could speak to him Joelle told me Clifton will be in a meeting for the next 6 to 7 hours :-)Unbelievable! Can't take back $800 worth of equipmentI have not had and will never have a spectrum! I can see why they're rating on Google is 2.9. That's high

Just wanted to share and express my thankfulness to associate Tyler. He went up and beyond the call today,it was busy in the store. But still he served us with patient and kindness. My husband is disabled and he git a chair for him, explained the service required for our phone, made suggestions. Very courteous and friendly, Thank you again Tyler!!!

Don’t come to this store if you can help it.I walked in and was not greeeted, but the guy that walked in after me was greeted immediately . Not going to say why I feel disrespected but anyways. It was only 2 employees actually working, and another one that was just greeting people. I’m waiting to pick up an order that was placed three days ago (already prepared)… I had to sign in. But if I had an appointment, I can been seen right now? Another guy came in to drop off equipment, she told man to sign in and if he didn’t want to wait, he can go to a ups store near by (why should he have to do that when you can simply help take off the load of the employees that are actually working) Poor customer service and no sense of urgency. They need a better system because this wait and hold up will literally make you change your mind and go elsewhere.

I waited 70 minutes at the store just to pick up a self-install internet kit, only to find out at home the router was defective. Had to call in a tech anyways so I could’ve saved the trip and time. The sales associates saw the long wait and could care less, they were busy taking multiple breaks, clocking out, talking on the phone, taking forever with everyone. Sloths would be faster. Hopefully I will never have to return here.

A lot of staff but only one greeting and instructing on what to do.Get to my customer service agent, to return a simple modem not exchange just return they wouldn't do it because I'm not authorized on the account.I mean really who just randomly returns someone's equipment?
