Had a great experience here! I was feeling empty minded when I walked in and the guy running the store kindly showed me where what I needed was, asked questions to understand what I was looking for, and gave me a recommendation for EXACTLY what I was looking for. Great customer service!

These guys are really nice and have quality products with some of the best pricing in Brandon. Most of the lower reviews are consistently the people not following the posted signs. Highly recommend.

The store is literally always clean. Soho smoke is the only shop I use the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable and they have high quality items.

I made a small purchase of a one coil the coil did not work 2 hours later I returned the owner the same person who sold The coil to me lied to my face.He would lie to you for $6I asked the employee to look at the coil The employee that sells coils in a smoke shop says he know nothing about coils.Absolute horrible way to treat a customerI did not try to get free product.You offered me $20 I did not want your money I just wanted service and you failed.I would like you to ask yourself I would like your customers to ask themselves how would I know the coil do not work if it was not tried.Like I explain to you five times it worked for a minute and stopped working.I don't care how long you've been in business lying to customers lying about the customer is bad businessWhy did you offer me $20 instead of just not lying.

Ive been to this location several times to buy papers, and disposable vapes. Last night I opened one of my vapes and attempted to use it, and it wasn't working. Returned to the store today to try and address the problem and was offered a $2 credit towards a new $20 disposable vape. Owner told me it was likely a manufacturing issue, but since I didn't "test" it before leaving the store it's considered a loss. Very disappointing, and I won't be going there again.
