I made an online order and went to pick it up all the way in brandon today on Saturday at 240pm and they were closed. One place says they're open till 330pm on Saturday and 4pm another place. No one answered the door or bell or phone. I paid 30$ for 4oz which is expensive anyways and now I can't even pick it up when they say they're open. Horrible customer service. Now I just want my money back.

They sent me the wrong stuff. It was suppose to be Super White,but the bag was marked both Super Green and Super White. And the effects were not right. I tried reaching out 3 times but no response. They finally got back to me and asked for a picture of the bag. I sent it to them. They had the nerve to call me a liar and said I altered the bag. I didn't. Be careful with this site.

If you’re gonna buy Kratom in the Valrico or Brandon area GO HERE. Jennifer is a saint. Absolutely wonderful company and fantastic staff. Their website is very easy to navigate and they contact you back quickly. The quality AND price of their products is the best I’ve seen and I’ve tried Kratom from all over the Tampa Bay Area. I have tried so many different brands for 5 years now from all over my area (as well as purchased it from some quality retailers online) and they beat every product I’ve ever tried and they are the only company that has actually proved (with lab results) that their products are third-party tested for heavy metals and test the mitragynine content (which is 50% higher than any other place I’ve tried so far). Personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else.. if you want high quality Kratom and your in Brandon/valrico then definitely check them out. They also ship their products and (if I recall correctly) they ship for free.

I’ve gotten my kratom from them for a while now and they have the best quality kratom I’ve ever tried. You get a lot more for your $ compared to other companies. Their shipping is fast and customer service is amazing. I will be a customer for as long as they are opened!

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!I've been a customer with these guys now for around 2 years. First of all. Ive never had a better deal on products everywhere I've looked, and of the other place is cheaper, their product is junk. When ordering delivery from the website, the shipment arrives super fast and Ive neber had an order made wrong. More important than the quality and the price point, is their customer service: Never have I ever been so blown away by the level of attentiveness and care they put into taking care of their customers.... they are among the most caring, loving people I've ever met in my life, and I wish more and more people would be like them in this world.

I have been taking Kratom for 6 years now for fibromyalgia. I have tried a lot of different brands. Socratic solutions has by far the best that I have had. It does exactly what I need it to. On top of that, the people who work there are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and it’s always a pleasure stopping by. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
