I went to sleep number to look at the i10 king size smart bed. When I entered the store I was greeted by Rebecca. She showed me the bed and all the features it has. She answered all my questions and even made some alternate suggestions on the other types of bed that were available. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and dedicated. While I didn’t buy a bed that day, I will be returning to the store and purchase the i10.

Avoid this company. This king size i8 bed has been a hassle since we purchased it. Within only two weeks it has been inconsistent in its softness/firmness. My wife has set her side only to have woken up in the morning completely sunk into the bed with a number that says 5 but is most likely 0. This bed it too much money to have problems like this so soon or at all really. When I called to relay the issues we were directed to a 1-800 number to call which was no help. I asked to return the bed so we can go get a regular mattress only to be told we had to keep the bed another two weeks. That was never mentioned. We were told there is a 100 day trial period but nothing was mentioned about having to keep the bed for 30 days even if we don’t like it. Ridiculous. Unhelpful. Wholly unsatisfied by the entire experience and cannot wait to get it out of our house. Do not buy.

We went into the store to have our sleep number adjusted and ended up ordering twin blankets for the grandkids room. Frank couldn’t have been nicer or more professional.

Beware. Had a terrible experience at this location and with this company. Rebecca glossed over the contract and didn’t explain the policy at all. Very disappointed and dissatisfied from purchase to delivery to customer service. All areas of this company are poor. Please purchase your next mattress from someone else.

BEST BED IN THE WORLD. I ENJOYED VISITNG THE STORE. I WAS PLEASANTLY GREETED BY RAFAEL. I LEARNED A LOT OF NEW THINGS SINCE I PURCHASED BY ORGINAL BED 11 YEARS AGO. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I waited two years to write this review. Initially, the bed was fantastic, but over time, several issues arose. If you suffer from back pain, I'd advise against purchasing this bed. The settings on the bed change unexpectedly, and the noise it makes is unbearable. The most disappointing aspect, however, is the sleep quality — it's terrible. After spending over $10,000, I feel stuck with a purchase I deeply regret.

Experience was great the $150 pillow (ultimate)....yeah not so much. It is been a year and I would never get another pillow as they aren't the best quality.

Outstanding staff and manager Rebecca. Local people who really care. Not the most convenient location but completely worth it for exceptional customer service. Nothing compares with great, local, in person, caring help.

We already have a Sleep Number bed, but we wanted a pillow with removable inserts for my husband and they were buy one, get one so that was great.

Excellent customer service, our sales associate Frank at the Brandon Mall location was absolutely the best. He explained it all and answered all our questions. We ordered the Queen Dual I8 with the Queen FlexFit 2 Adjustable base, Mattress Pad, Pillows and a sheet set. The bed arrives this week!

It was a pleasant experience entering the store. Mr. Frank was very respectful and greeted me in a professional manner. His knowledge of his sleep experience was excellent information to help me selected the best cooling pillow as a gift for my brother. My brother now says his sleep has improved after using the pillow. Thanks you Mr frank and the store for your help!

I bought one in 2017 6 months before the warranty ran out in one year. The left bladder got a leak one year after that the right bladder got a leak cost me almost $200 dollars and don't even get me started with their cheap sheets they didn't even last 6 months before tearing. I thought this was going to be the last bed I ever bought but with the quality it's just not going to happen
