These guys are very helpful, willing and able to assist in any way, shape or form. The rich colors to the quality of paints and paint related products, you can't go wrong. Great line of quality professional paints and paint related everything. You don't have to be a professional to paint like one w these guys at Sherman Williams by your side. I've trusted sherwin williams paints for years. Trusting staff that are knowledgeable about the products vs sales people in the big box stores.I'm very happy with the service and quality. I recommend the Brandon store .1

Ordered online and went to pick it up and the guy said it was not ready but I spoke to Sam about it the day before why I received an email that says picked up but I never picked it up and got charged for it, so I asked him if it was ready and said yes but basically just wasted my time

surprised and disappointed ? since they came looking for a painting that I needed immediately to finish a project to be able to return here to Miami, which is where I live, and the staff told me that it was not possible to attend to me because there were 12 minutes left to close the store and it seems to me The experience was very bad despite the fact that I was inside the store, thanks for nothing

Recently revisited the Sherwin Williams Brandon store. They were’t busy as it was close to closing on a Saturday evening so I was immediately greeted and helped by a friendly young man. Sherwin Williams is a superior paint product. It goes on smooth, has excellent coverage and a lot of beautiful colors to choose from. So many beautiful colors it is often hard to decide which to go with. Once painted, you don’t have to worry about the Sherwin Williams paint bubbling, peeling or the color fading in the brutal Florida sun. It’s paint that is meant to last so you’re not painting your house every couple of years. I have found that with regular maintenance, i.e., pressure washing to wash the dirt and grim off, the paint on my house looks as beautiful today as it did when I painted it with Sherwin Williams, Casa Blanca and Lemon Verbena 9 years. Friendly staff, excellent paint and any kind of paint supply you may need all under one roof.

Not the cheapest but the staff is always helpful. The products are too quality. I do lots of painting and love SW products and paint. They always have what you need in stock. They offer to carry things to your car. The store is clean, well organized, and parking is easy and accessible.

If it wasn't for the quality of your paint I wouldn't even deal with your stores. The company I work for does tens of thousands of dollars of business with you every year so I go into return a gallon of excess primer and I'm told that I can't without the receipt because it was bought it another location at another location. All of my transactions are all done through your computer through my company's account so the fact that the information's in the computer and they still won't take a back to unused product is asinine.

Rude customer service and inconsistent hours. Just went to swing by the store and the rep said “I probably wont be able to help you, we close at 6PM and I have two people in front of you.” As he says this at 5:57PM. I blurted that we have tried TWO times to come to that location and they have been closed both times. Mind you, they do not post there hours on there door. POST THE HOURS SO PEOPLE CAN KNOW. And please do not blurt out in front of everyone that you “probably cannot help us” 3 mins before you close. Very rude.
