I had a great shopping experience at Sephora today! I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Jasmine was super fast with checking the availability of the cologne I wanted. She was extremely nice and professional, which made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Sephora team! I'll be back soon to make more purchases.

I had an issue with a purchase that I made of the fragrance sampler and the Manager Latoya went the extra mile to find what I was looking for and save me a trip to the next closest mall, which is not close by. The girl that checked me out was a doll as well and everyone there was super helpful.

I’ve been going to this Sephora for years and although I had a couple minor bad experiences here this time it has gotten too far. I came in and I had lipgloss, lipliner ans my car keys in the pocket of my jeans on this day and I guess that was enough to set them off. I was in the store looking for a concealer and was trying to get the correct shade match so I stayed in a aisle for a little looking through some shades and then I see an officer walk in and go ti an employee and he said hi how’s it going in here is there a problem and then it went silent I was slightly far from them but still close and it went silent. Some moments after the officer starts walking in my aisle (I’m the only one in the aisle) and he starts lingering watching me eyeing me up and down and then i walk around cause of how irritated I am by this. I buy my concealer and leave. I come in the very next day to return some gifts I have gotten from family it was a very quick trip and then I see as I’m walking out an officer was called and he looked right at me as I was leaving again eyeing me down. On top of that I go to a shop a couple stores down from Sephora and they are also treating me like I’m a thief as now it’s almost like there keeping a close eye on me and asking me if they can hold my bags which has NEVER happened before in all these years of going to this mall. Almost like they are warning other stores about me???? All of this happening and I have done NOTHING it makes me so uncomfortable it is not hard to look at the cameras and clearly se that I have done absolutely nothing !! It might’ve been a coincidence but I highly doubt it considering how everything has unfolded. Very disappointing that every time I go to the mall now im most likely going feel super uncomfortable because of other employees actions. I don’t know if it was profiling, ethnicity or other factors that were put into there poor perspective but like I said it takes nothing to just check cameras DO BETTER

I use 3 products from this store and they are always out of stock when I need them. Brandon store needs to get a grip on inventory and realize they are serving over 4 different towns in this one location.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Latoya was beyond rude and was no help. Lady at the cash register had the nastiest attitude. I’d rather shop online than have to go to a store where the workers act like they are better than everyone else or too good to help. It is their job..?

It looks like I am not the only one complaining about customer service in a consumer based purchase. I am flabbergasted. Latoya is unwilling and unprofessional with delivery regarding customer complaints. I was only 2 weeks past the return window due to being outside the country for almost a month ( can provide ticket proof). The product does not work and I was unable to keep trying it within the 30 days I actually had. They most definitely can make exceptions but are just too ignorant. I will not be back here.

I had such a positive experience with Jasmine today. I booked a makeup tutorial to learn how to refresh my everyday look. Jasmine took her time to explain each step of the process so that I understood what she was doing. She is truly a makeup magician. I left the store feeling so good about myself and I know that was all because of this young lady and her positive energy. I highly suggest booking a session with her.

Stephanie was an ABSOLUTE life saver. She was mid project and stopped what she was doing to help a clueless make up newbie (me) I didn't feel like I was a burden to her at all. Definitely best experience I've had at ANY Sephora

Terrible experience. Very disappointing and frustrating customer service. The manager and workers were unwilling to help me get an exchange for a couple of things I got as a gift. I understand there’s company policies, but making sure your customers are satisfied who spent thousands of dollars a year at this place is important too. Very sad. Seems like they looked at me like I was lying when I explained the situation of why I have no receipt it was gifts from my mom they made me out to be a thief.
