Was kind of annoyed by the fact I stood up there for 5-10 minutes before someone decided to help, just to be told that they were out of birthday gifts, along with the fact the girl was a little rude about it. It is a really nice and organized Sephora though.

I was in Sephora at kohls Brandon today. The associate spent 45 minutes loudly talking in Spanish to some man. I had to leave my items and go. Awful service

Mel was really wonderful. I made a mess with a tester by dropping it, and he made sure I wasn’t embarrassed at all. Super kind, sympathetic, and patient. That’s exactly who you want representing your business. Sephora is lucky to have such a kind soul.

Cannot say enough nice things about the staff here! I lost my make up bag recently and needed help finding all sorts of different products. Ivelisse and Mel were both so patient and kind with me and also extremely knowledgeable about the products. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back!

I love the selection here. I love the customer service, they're always smiling and happy to help you find something. This place reminds me of how fun it is to shop for beauty items and going to smell a bunch of different perfumes is so much fun.

Everything you’d expect from Sephora-prestigious brands and sophisticated employees. Mel was great to work with, and I was provided with some of the best customer service I’ve ever received.

Staff in the store is very helpful and have great knowledge. It is so much easier to run into Kohl's Sephora than to go to the mall and hassle with the parking. I just wish they carried more brands that's Sephora in the mall does

I went to Sephora at Kohl’s in Brandon, FL at midday on 07/18/22 and was very happy with the assistance provided by the associates. They inquired if I needed assistance and took me to the products I inquired about. I was looking for vegan products and the associate went out of her way to show me fantastic products. This was a refreshing experience. Thank you!

Tiffany at Sephora, was amazing I’ve personally never had a better experience shopping ever in my life for makeup or hair products than with her!. She was so patient and most of all friendly. Also she even had customer she would check out an come right back to help did make you feel like she didn’t want to help! I personally think she’s a great person and will definitely be buying products at this location from now on!
