For me it is better to buy here than at Walmart or Latin stores. Because the products are of good quality. It has many food options. I give the cashiers a 100 out of 10. And it is cheaper.

It was ok ig. There was really long line for gas. The produce is excellent. I got a ginormous pack of cherries. I was hoping for a big box of fire roasted tomato and basil triscuits but no luck there. Those things are so damn good but I can only find small ridiculously overpriced boxes in other stores. Anyway, dinosaur time. Here's a picture of a baryonyx. It's my favorite spinosaurid dinosaur

I usually have great customer service when doing pick up orders. Diane brought my food out, pullinh cart behind her, not caring how things are stacked. The cheetos fell. She picked them up. Looked at me, without asking my name or saying hello. She asked me abruptly, "Where do you want it". The more things fell. The bananas were laying under items that fell on them. Then the donuts fell on the ground. She just left them until she got back around to that side. I held my tongue and took the cheetos and bread to the front. Then another item fell, my box of tortellini shells. I couldn't hold back. I told her that I see how my items are treated. Things keep falling. She blamed it on the person who stacked the cart. I told her thats not an excuse for her not being more diligent in correcting the problem with the cart. And I pointed out what all had fallen and how she wasn't paying attention or even caring. She said she had a lot of customers and she was in a hurry. Again, I told her, no excuse. I told her I was calling manager about her. She said that was fine. I was ignorant.
I don't want this person ever handling my items. I am placing a call to her boss. I called that same day but there was no manager on duty.

Went in to buy an air fryer. The Sam's Club app had the same air fryer for $20 cheaper. I took the air fryer to the customer service desk and asked if they would price match. The lady at the front desk told me "no". I made it clear that she would be price matching the price on THEIR app...the same app that I use to Scan and Go my groceries. She still said "no". So I left the air fryer there and purchased it from Amazon. Great job Sam's Club!!!

Horrible check out process. No respect for customers time as many wait in line. This is why I hate to shop here and limit my trips. Always buy elsewhere when possible.

Every time you come to this place there is not one cart where it should be. The customers have to walk back out to the parking lot to get their own cart to be able to shop. Managers apparently don’t care either because it is all the time.
