This store is pretty well stocked and organized. I enjoy coming here for a lot of our bulk items. I usually will pick out different meats and go home to separate them into bags to make multiple meals. The employees are helpful any time I have needed anything. When I'm in a rush, I use the scan and go in the app to get in and out really quick. It's so convenient!

I was looking for a specific tire and Sams club had them cheapest. Ordered them online and called to make an appointment. Had to wait a few days for the appointment, and in that time I looked up the tire center and became wary of the reviews. I almost wanted to cancel my appointment but I really needed to change my tires. Appointment day - I was immediately helped by a friendly man named Tom, and my car was done in an hour and a half as he had quoted. No issues at all and I saved almost $200 coming here!

My Dad went in today ro have his tires replaced. I have never seen such horrible customer service. My Dad has his windows blocked so they can't be put down because the motor is broken. He went to go pick up his car and it's sitting with both of his front windows down. My Dad said out loud, "oh no My windows are down" just for the guys in the shop to start mocking him! Absolutely unbelievable! Never going back!

Have been coming to this store for years. They have a large parking area and a large selection. The staff have always been helpful and nice. I now live in Carrolwood and our store is a little smaller. I love the deals I can find on meats and the great selection of produce. There wine and beer selection is nice as well.

I have never been to a Sam's Club that was so run-down, both inside and out. I saw a few lady's of the night outside. I guess you can pick up a woman along with a mega pack of paper towels all in one spot here. Although I'm not familiar with the area, I saw enough to know that I'll never stop there again. However, all the staff I encountered were lovely. Understandably, this location has a limited selection of items compared to other Sam's Clubs, given the clientele shopping there. My advice would be to go to a different Sam's Club if you have the option.

Why does the gas in Brandon cost 30 cents less per gallon than the gas in Riverview? Is there a tax on gas in Riverview that I'm not aware of? Same State. Same County. Very different prices. So now I'm at Costco! Fair pricing!

Sams Club, you advertise on your website that your cafe is open until 7pm Mon-Sat. We waited in the to place an for a pizza and were told 30 mins before closing no more pizzas will be made. When speaking with one of your managers, I was informed home office orders are to close the cafe at 6pm. As a customer both times do not align with your advertisement and is an illustrations of poor customer service, deception, and false advertisement. In addition the poor attitudes of your employees ultimately make for a constant bad experience.

This is the worst sams club on the face of the earth. They refuse to make pizzas 45-50 minutes before cafe closing and their excuse is that they ran out of supplies every time. But they do not answer the phone to accept orders and then when you get in here they are standing around doing absolutely nothing and the phone is still ringing. The tire center is trash too and the managers don't even care. Go to the one off of Gibsonton instead of this low level place

Horrible experience, do your tires elsewhere. My parents got their tires done here and which was a huge mistake. Crew did not respect the car, a door handle was broken that was not before after leaving the car here and a decorative license plate that had been bolted on with four screws suddenly went "missing". To take advantage of my older folk is hideous ethics on this sams tire shop. Go elsewhere if you want your car the same as it was before. If I could I would give 0 stars which I have never felt before about a location that I've reviewed.

Busiest Sam’s Club I’ve gone for gas. I didn’t grocery shop this trip, but got gas for my vehicle. Very well organized in the gas line—no skipping or jumping the line. Employees were on top of the flow of traffic/cars. Very pleased! Signage was good telling us of “no premium” gas before we waited in line for those two lanes. ??

I order tires from here and told the person I needed tires asap. I was told they had to order them and it would take 5 business days to come in, said to call and check then to see if they were In. I called off and on from 8am to 3pm and finally someone answered the phone. The lady that picked up was rude and said it would be another week to put them on. 2 weeks is not acceptable.
