Their gas stations close way too early and open too late! The weight wouldn't be as frustrating if they extended their hours to be a bit more reasonable! As a busy working mom, It makes me angry when I come here multiple times with ridiculous long lines, so I will plan to come later at night just to realize they are closed??? At 9pm!? They close WAY TO EARLY for a Glass station!
a lot of people plan to get gas before they go to work and a lot of people work as early as 5 AM! A lot of people also work late or will plan to come get gas later in the evening to avoid the lines, but they close at only 9pm! They should stay open till at least 11pm to help manage this line issue.
they also have a serious issue with line management. The parking lot isn't designed well for lines! they have all these parking spaces in the way that don't even get used, because the lines block all the spaces anyway! they should redo that side of the parking lot to create long painted lines Costco style. it would help manage people who cut in front of other people as well.
when looking at my photo below,
this line is on the right side of the parking lot and there is a separate line that gathers on the left side of the parking lot.
The left line blocks a lot of traffic happening creates a chaotic situation and sometimes blocks people from even exiting the parking lot. The people on the left side will also cut themselves in front of the people who have waited in these two lines on the right side.
it forces the right two lines to wait even longer then people who got their after them.
it's frustrating is stressful every time I go.
The parking lot just needs to be redesigned in that area to allow for organized lines.
