This is a small Sam's Club. But it's nice. The TV section has a feeling to it that may make some people who are sensitive nauseated. But other than that it's a good place to shop.

This store is pretty well stocked and organized. I enjoy coming here for a lot of our bulk items. I usually will pick out different meats and go home to separate them into bags to make multiple meals. The employees are helpful any time I have needed anything. When I'm in a rush, I use the scan and go in the app to get in and out really quick. It's so convenient!

Have been coming to this store for years. They have a large parking area and a large selection. The staff have always been helpful and nice. I now live in Carrolwood and our store is a little smaller. I love the deals I can find on meats and the great selection of produce. There wine and beer selection is nice as well.

I have never been to a Sam's Club that was so run-down, both inside and out. I saw a few lady's of the night outside. I guess you can pick up a woman along with a mega pack of paper towels all in one spot here. Although I'm not familiar with the area, I saw enough to know that I'll never stop there again. However, all the staff I encountered were lovely. Understandably, this location has a limited selection of items compared to other Sam's Clubs, given the clientele shopping there. My advice would be to go to a different Sam's Club if you have the option.

Why does the gas in Brandon cost 30 cents less per gallon than the gas in Riverview? Is there a tax on gas in Riverview that I'm not aware of? Same State. Same County. Very different prices. So now I'm at Costco! Fair pricing!

Sams Club, you advertise on your website that your cafe is open until 7pm Mon-Sat. We waited in the to place an for a pizza and were told 30 mins before closing no more pizzas will be made. When speaking with one of your managers, I was informed home office orders are to close the cafe at 6pm. As a customer both times do not align with your advertisement and is an illustrations of poor customer service, deception, and false advertisement. In addition the poor attitudes of your employees ultimately make for a constant bad experience.

This is the worst sams club on the face of the earth. They refuse to make pizzas 45-50 minutes before cafe closing and their excuse is that they ran out of supplies every time. But they do not answer the phone to accept orders and then when you get in here they are standing around doing absolutely nothing and the phone is still ringing. The tire center is trash too and the managers don't even care. Go to the one off of Gibsonton instead of this low level place

Busiest Sam’s Club I’ve gone for gas. I didn’t grocery shop this trip, but got gas for my vehicle. Very well organized in the gas line—no skipping or jumping the line. Employees were on top of the flow of traffic/cars. Very pleased! Signage was good telling us of “no premium” gas before we waited in line for those two lanes. ??

Place was a ZOO! I felt bad for the employees trying to help navigate shoppers. There’s a tropical storm in the forecast, so people are losing their minds! Kuddos to the employees for trying to keep up with the carts and water!

I have a plus membership, I always tip for delivery but didnt think they charged for delivery if you are a plus member, I have had to pay 8 dollars both times I had a delivery.

I can really and truly appreciate it when a retailer cares more about your safety than making a profit! I received excellent customer service and more at this Sam's Club location, from David, whom was the customer service rep in the Tire Installations department at the Brandon Sams Club location today! David was very knowledgeable and friendly, more importantly, David was very hands on and descriptive when explaining to me the warranty and my tire needs! I feel that David is a huge asset to Sams Club and there should be many more young men and women like him to continue to make our experiences at Sam's Club an awesome one! Thank you so very much Mr.David for helping my wife and I make an informed and economically sound decision that fulfilled our needs when it came to our tires!
