Giving one star - waited two weeks for the appt, just for the guy to break the glass before he could even install it. Now I have to continue to drive around with a 12 in crack and wait an additional week before the new windshield comes in. Do not recommend this location.

Ramon from Safelite replaced my windshield, calibrated successfully and attached the sun pass as well as dealership stickers in less than 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday. I enjoyed his professionalism, attention to detail and his personality.

Dropped off my car for a all day windshield replacement. I picked up my car with a broken convertible top! After them telling me that it might not be their fault (which confused me as it broke by their hands) I was told that I would get a call within 24 hours from their other department as to what they are going to do about it. 4 days went by, and I called to follow up and wa told the manager Carrie would call me at 1 pm. No surprise as she never calls. Now we are 5 days later, and I still have a broken top and a company that doesn't care that thei broken my Convertible top. Moving forward, I will NEVER use this company again!! That is after I get reimbursed for the broken top.

I had a mobile appt on 19 Aug. My window of arrival was 0800 to 1200. Technician did not arrive nor did the individual contact me. I called the appt line 4 times with no resolution. I was hung up on 2 of the 4 times. I rescheduled the appt, but now have to bring it to the service center due to limited appointment availability. Might have been the worst customer service that I have ever received.

Three weeks ago, our windshield was cracked by a large tree limb. Safelite AutoGlass was our insurance carriers' choice for us to go to. The appointment was scheduled, Safelite left text messages regularly until the repair was completed. Service attendants were friendly and very helpful. Following all directions after the repairs, our vehicle was back on the road the same day. They are quite efficient, top quality and timely!

The receptionist (lady, silver colored hair, soft-spoken) was perfectly polite and directed me to the web site for the best possible price, when I was really stressed and impatient. Perfect customer service!

Window for pick up 4-5. Business supposedly closes at 5. Showed up at 445pm and the guy was only then putting the glass on the car then proceeded to take over and hour to calibrate it. Don't come here if you value your time.

From the minute I walked in and the receptionist was so helpful and very nice. When my car was ready, Kelly the technician walked me out and made sure I was happy with the service. Definitely recommend this Safelite for fast, friendly and great service. Thank you.

Never do drop off at the Brandon/Tampa facility. They had my truck all day for a back window replacement and never called or texted an update. Calls after calls yielded no viable updates. I had to show up to get the real story... my truck was the only vehicle and it was all torn apart in the back when I arrived at 5pm. Probably because they left the hardest job until last and finally handed me the keys at 5:25pm after having my truck ALL DAY for what was supposed to be a 3 hour job. Got home to find glass shards EVERYWHERE. They said they took the seats and everything out of the back... so how did they end up with glass all over them?? Never again!!
