My wife and I went in shopping for a new dining room table and our salesman Nick made the experience easy and stress-free. Nick introduced himself then allowed my wife and I to shop around without him pressuring us into purchasing anything. Nick was polite, patient and he answered all of our questions. This was such an enjoyable and easy shopping trip. We really appreciate the way Nick provided great customer service. Thanks Nick.

Rooms to Go was awesome! Enrique greeted me and my wife at the door, asked if we had anything in particular we were searching for, then gave us the space and freedom to browse the store and showroom to see what was available then ask questions later. During our time he made sure to check in often to see if we needed anything as we made our wat through out the store. It felt great to browse in peace and not feel over whelmed or pressured into buying something or overburdened with information that you are not searching for just in order for someone to make a sell. In the end, we found 2 pieces we fell in love with and end up purchasing 2 additional pieces to compliment our first 2 pieces and the overall experience with Enrique was an absolute blast and easy process at Brandon Rooms to Go.

Stopped by several furniture stores today looking to purchase a new dining room set. After running around town all morning our last stop was at the Rooms to Go in Brandon. Laura greeted very pleasantly, introduced herself and gave us our space to walk around. She told us exactly where to find her if we had any questions. She made it a very comfortable and pleasant experience so much so we decided to purchase our new dining room set at this store. Thank you Laura!
