Worst regions location, unhelpful staff, long wait for simple tasks

Originally, I was not going to write a feedback about my experience but the behavior of the cashier representative made me change my mind, we all make mistakes he handed me an envelope without counting the cash, no receipt and it was $500 short, but it was his reaction afterwards when I came back 5 mins later that really made me upset, he made me wait while he was just chatting with another guy exchanging personal contact information, finally the other cashier assisted me and referred me to him for his mistake luckily the guy gave me the correct amount that time after doing an inventory ofc and didn't even apologized!Originally I was not going to write a comment about my experience but the behavior of the cashier made me change my mind, we all make mistakes, he gave me an envelope without counting the cash, without a receipt and it was missing $500, was his reaction later when I returned 5 minutes later which really bothered me, he made me wait while I was chatting with another guy exchanging personal contact information, finally the other cashier helped me and referred me to him for his mistake, luckily the guy gave me the correct amount that time after making a inventory of course and didn't even apologize!

Friendly drive thru bank tellers. I do have one complaint though; the drive thru atm is often on the blink after-hours.

Sometime you wonder why you're a customer of a bank that closes early and never open on Saturdays and then during Covid time, impossible to get in because you had to make almost a week or two in advance appointment. Sometime I wish I never started my business with them, so now I don't have to have a difficult time getting into the branches because every time I drive by they're close.This is every Region's branch, what a joke Bank. Time to change

I had a very poor experience with Regions Bank in Brandon, FL. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had issues with my account that took multiple visits and phone calls to resolve, and even then, the problem was not fully resolved. The communication was poor, and I was given conflicting information from different staff members. On top of that, the wait times were long, and the atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized. Overall, I would not recommend Regions Bank in Brandon, FL, as my experience was far from satisfactory.

I must give Maria Fashoro a review. Her customer service is top tier. I was having an issue and I was very upset and called a plethora of times within the past 2 weeks and I was not nice most of the times (I did apologize to her for that afterwards) But nevertheless she was so patient, so kind and her temperance never changed no matter how much my voice escalated, showed excellent restraint and compassion. She resolved my issue with a smile. She deserves an award, because she is phenomenal, she should teach a class on customer service and person to person interactions.

This location will have you sitting forever before even acknowledging you walked into their facilities. You have to make an appointment for their location online, but their location doesn’t even show. Their phone line doesn’t work as well; so whatever questions you would like answered before driving all the way over there; you can throw them out the window now. A lot of work & more work oriented staff need to be at this location.

As usual, their ATM is not working. These people don't care about their customers. I have placed a complain and still majority of the time I stop to get MY MONEY on a Saturday out of the ATM drive thru line, there is a cone and the sign says close.

The workers here discriminate and are rude don’t recommend this bank to anyone after banking with them for years the best thing I ever did was switch to navy federal. They will never get my business again.
