Dressing rooms have been closed since 2020. You have to buy the outfit and just assume it fits and if it doesn’t, you only get seven days to bring it back and return it for a full refund. After that, you only get store credit.

No fitting rooms! Instead of passing the inconvenience onto the customer, such as expecting them to handle returns if your item doesn’t fit. Maybe you should use the fitting rooms you have onsite, as fitting rooms, instead of a hideous storage space. Found clothes I loved, but I have better things to do than try on clothes at home and return them if they don’t fit. Lost a very easy $100 sale by simply not having changing rooms.

Walked by the store today, and they have a sign stating there are NO fitting rooms in the store. The sign also stated you are welcome to try things on OVER your clothes.Seriously....you are a clothing store!!!! Fitting rooms are a must for good customer service and respect of their time as well as comfort.

Recently at the previously coming on Sunday to purchased an item, I came and return an item. I needed my funds back, but I was not told when the payment shout into my account, and I was greeted with horrible customer service.

I love the sales at Rainbow. I bought a couple of pair of tights at $3 a piece! I wish they had more sales on the regular clothing. The ones that are very inexpensive is like they were purchased wholesale to sell at a sale price. I'm glad to get the good prices, but I'd like to know when they put the really good prices on the normal products.

Cute cute cute clothes! I have found business and casual clothes. Store is clean but the best thing is is very nice and helpful employees.Needs a dressing room tho but I understand why they don’t.
