DELI!!! DELI!!! DELI DEPARTMENT IS NASTY!!! I WENT TO ORDER MY DELI MEAT AND CHEESE. THERE WERE THREE FLIES FLYING AROUND THAT I SAW. ONE WAS ON THE CHEESE SLICER AND ANOTHER ON THE MEAT SLICER. I TOLD THE GIRL ABOUT IT. HER RESPONSE VERBATIM: " I JUST CLEANED IT AN HOUR AGO". THE AUDACITY!!! PEOPLE FROM INDIA ARE REALLY DISGUSTING AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HANDLE FOOD. THE MANAGER COMES AND I TELL HIM WHAT HAPPENED. SHE THEN COMMENCED TO SAY, " I DID NOT SAY THAT." I ASKED IF SHE CLEANED THE FLIES ALONG WITH THE DELI SLICERS. I DID NOT GET A RESPONSE. HE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF I STILL WANTED THE MEAT...???????
THIS LOCATION HAS NEVER SAT RIGHT WITH ME. I AM REPORTING THEM TO CORPORATE AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. WHILE I WAS GOING BACK AND FORTH A LADY BROUGHT BACK EXPIRED SALAD THAT SHE WAS GIVEN. I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL DELIVERIES WITH EXPURED ITEMS. ALL IT TAKES IS FOR ONE FLY TO LAND ON AN ITEM AND LAY ALL OF ITS EGGS WITHOUT SOMEONE KNOWING. IF YOU GET SICK OFF OF ANYTHING FROM THERE; YOU NOW KNOW WHY...

I was visiting Brandon Fl and I went to this Publix to buy a sandwich and I was surprised by the poor service of this department, poor hygiene of the young woman who even had gloves, she put my sandwich in several areas, it was paper, she didn't put dressing on it sandwich was unfriendly, although she is of Latin origin, you spoke to her in Spanish and she answered me in Spanish, I have been a Publix customer for many years and I know that it is characterized by hygiene and excellent service, I think that being young does not represent Publix, On the other hand, I must recognize the good service of a young Afro man, who asked him where the Paneras soups are and he walked me to where the soup was and was very nice, that is Publix.
