So, I want to tell you about this crazy thing that happened at this pharmacy. I've been going there for a while and have always had a good relationship with the staff and my healthcare provider. But the other day, I was totally shocked when the pharmacist told me that I needed to get my prescription from a doctor who was within 15 miles of the store. That's just not true, and it contradicts everything I've been doing all along. I'm super worried about this kind of dishonesty from the pharmacy staff because it damages the trust between the customer and the pharmacy, and it's not safe for the customers. I really hope Publix's Senior Management looks into this and does something to fix it. I just wanted to share this review as a warning to other customers to watch out for this kind of thing and to urge the pharmacy to be honest and professional with their customers.

When the prices right after a hurricane are 40% - 50% higher than other stores on milk and eggs, that is price gouging. Disgusting!

Staff is always sweet and informative, like if I miss a bogo opportunity. It’s hard to find good customer service in a lot of places now. Glad to know it’s still here in my neighborhood!

Best grocery store. Period. Well stocked. Brand name and store products, Super nice checkout and store associates. Bakery and deli associates are the best. Love Kingsway Crossing.

This isn't the best publix but it's the closest. My biggest pet peeve are the stockers here. They are ALWAYS in the way. I understand their job however if people don't shop and purchase items from the store there is nothing to stock!! They act as if you are in the way by grocery shopping. The deli is late on a routine basis for lunch meat orders placed online and they are out of salads everyday. Last complaint, when the pharmacy says 30 minutes for a prescription to be ready it's usually closer to 2 hours.

This store is clean. Staff are very friendly and easy for handicapped to get through on the scooters. I take publix over winn dixie any day.

Peter and everyone in this store is Amazing. Stayed on top with safety and helped customers needs. Best store I've ever been. They always makes sure every carts are sanitized and kept store cleaned!
