“I used this pharmacy for the first time today. My wait time was short and the employees were friendly and courteous. An elderly gentleman with a cane was sitting while waiting for his prescription and, instead of calling him over when it was ready, one of the employees brought it to him. That made me smile. Kind acts like this don’t go unnoticed…thank you for caring about your customers. I‘m glad my doctor’s office recommended this pharmacy.”

I visited CVS to have my COVID booster shot, he not only helped me with the shot (not hurt at all which was rare and awesome), he also checked my immunization record and helped me with other vaccines I need which saved me another trip. During the whole process, he was positive and I really enjoyed talking with him.”

“Stopped by this Walgreens location on Lumsden & Providence to have my passport picture taken. The lady behind the counter was so nice and welcoming. I feel so bad I don't remember her name but she was as nice as could be! A+ for customer service! Photos came out great for passport standards (lol). “Walmart brand doesn’t do justice to them, they are very polite and Pharmacist always goes over your medication and asks if we have any questions. I get a message when the Rx is filled, I recently transferred many of my Rxs from a well known pharmacy. Most importantly the prices are less comparatively. “This store is pretty well stocked and organized. I enjoy coming here for a lot of our bulk items. I usually will pick out different meats and go home to separate them into bags to make multiple meals. The employees are helpful any time I have needed anything. When I'm in a rush, I use the scan and go in the app to get in and out really quick. It's so convenient!”

I can only speak about my own experience but it seems as though when dealing with some doctors offices, pharmacies, insurance companies, etc, I am treated like a number and not a human. The one place this does not happen nor has EVER happened is Sam's Club Pharmacy in Brandon. Not only am I treated like a human, the staff (Jemie, Virgil, Miriam, Stephanie, and others) treat me like FAMILY. Each person on the staff exceeds my expectations during every visit and every phone call. “My friend recommended me to Medicine Shoppe Brandon because I have been taking care of an 88 yo Veteran for the past 15 years and watched as Walgreens and CVS have treated him with disrespect and are down right cruel and mean to him. After his Medicines were not in month after month I finally went to Mr Patel the pharmacist at Medicine Shoppe and I was blown away by him and his staff! Mr Patel went above and beyond and took alot of time out of his day to getRichards Medicines in order and fill them right away, he truly cares about his patients! This is a top notch pharmacy ! They turned a very stressful situation for Richard around in less than an hour! Kierstyn and the rest of his staff are phenomenal as well so i can promise you won't regret using Medicine Shoppe Brandon!”
