Told me I can’t try a essentials shirt on (in store) that you have to buy it so I buy it and then try to return it ten minutes later and won’t let me telling me to look at your receipt I forgot to tell you that it can’t be returned. And you can only get a gift card or exchange I basically begged her to return it because I felt manipulated.

idk if its because its mostly teens working here but everytime i come shop here some employees make you feel like youre bothering them by asking for help. Alyxx had the worst attitude when all i did was ask her for a Tshirt size, she went to the back and never came back out. Terrible customer service!

Had the worst experience in the location, please train your employees to know how to treat customers !!! Your employee evelin was very rude and disrespectful when I was asking for sizes and when I walked away I heard her say something about my weight and then she started laughing with her other employees it makes me feel like she is fatphobic! I will not be coming back !!!!!

Never have a problem at any other pacsun and work for pacsun so the facts that the store manager denies me of my discount is just simply insane to me. Has to be ran by the worst sm at any pacsun

There are 5 people working right now. Been in here over 20 minutes and all we got was a hello when we first walked in. No offer of assistance. Customer service not what it used to be. Too much socializing between staff they forget their purpose.
