What a trash company! They no-showed the day of my move. I've called them 8 times. They won't answer any of my calls. I need to be out of my place by tomorrow and they completely screwed me over. Beyond unprofessional! The 5 star reviews must be fake. Trust the negative reviews on here if you don't want your moving day to be a disaster! Would not recommend this sick excuse for a moving company to my worst enemy.

I booked my move a month in advance. A week before my move I realized I never got an email confirmation or text. I tried calling them to confirm and could not reach anyone. I called at least 3 times a day for 2 days. Left voicemails and sent an email. NEVER received a response. 5 days before my move I was left with having to hire a different company at the last minute. I emailed them telling them to cancel my move just to have record that I cancelled within the time limit so I didn't get charged. I still have not received a call back. You would think they would at least call and apologize for the lack of service. The fact that they didn't just shows they don't care about their customers or reputation.This company has the lowest rate for a reason. You get what you pay for. Don't waste your time with this company.

Looking for a mover and actually moving can be tough but not when you have Kevin D, Ray and Karel from Mover Mentality. They were at our house on time ready to go. They came in like a tornado but, carefully and respectfully went through our house and loaded all that needed to go and still had time to joke and laugh with our 5 year old helping her feel comfortable about moving her stuff! An amazing hardworking trio for our moving needs and just great guys all around. Thank you!

**Update: absolutely disappointed- scheduled for Sunday 2:30 - 3:30 start time. No call, no show, no email. I called and emailed several times and no response. When I say I was so disappointed because I talked about how great they were previously. This has thrown everything off completely as I needed my things moved into my apartment before I moved down from GA, now it will be crunch time and I now have to find a last minute mover.They were efficient and professional. Got the job done in a timely manner and took great care of my things. If I need movers again, I’ll be sure to check them out again. Ohh and affordable!

Yesterday, my mother in law was scheduled for movers from this company to arrive from 8-9 am. 9:15 comes by, they still aren’t there. She called and they said they would be 20 minutes; they are getting gas. An hour goes by and nothing, no one, no calls, no updates. She and I both tried calling and leaving messages for the company but no one answered. We have still, at 1 pm the next day, not received any calls to update from them. The bed is packed, the dishes are packed, she had no where to comfortably stay for the night and now we have to last minute find a whole new company to move with for tomorrow. We booked here because of the good reviews but they are obviously not true. Very displeased and they made an already stressful move much worse.

Used Mover Mentality for an across town move. The 3 guys arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day. We required two loads which were done with great professionalism and superb attitude. Everything was disassembled and re-assembled with no damage. I absolutely recommend them.

Terrible Company! Read other LOW Reviews because they DID NOT Show Up for me as well! Stone Cold Abandonment. Highly Unprofessional did not pick up phone OR respond to emails as if this would go away for them. Only 1 person Jason to schedule with almost 3 weeks ago. He sent confirmation almost 2 days later after I called to remind him? Day of Move Nothing. Going to BBB no one should have a company pretending to be reputable.

I have used these guys for 4 different moves in moving myself and my parents into storage units, then into my new house. They have been amazing, accommodating, and professional. Adeem, Rafael, and Ray are absolutely the best out of the bunch. They were my favorite because they were more efficient at stacking and saving space while moving into the storage units, and expertly getting everything to my destinations. Excellent service for the price!

Had to rework the storage unit after movers failed to stack this well. When I called Jason to discuss, 2x, he was non responsive. Due to handicap, had to hire others to fix this. Almost half the 8x20 unit has space now. Day of move, one worker was on his phone all day.

Great guys Adeem, Armando, DJ, they were very helpful and accommodating to lifting and getting everything exactly where it was supposed to be. Took care of fragile items and wrapped everything for us. Can’t recommend enough.

Gilberto, Armando, and DJ were the best moving team I have worked with and I have moved a lot over the years. They were very professional and helpful. I had a lot of furniture and wasn't sure how it would look. They worked with me as I changed my mind, never complaining. They even provided great suggestions. They knew what they were doing and got the job done efficiently. I highly recommend them!

OUTSTANDING!The entire Mover Mentality team is fantastic. Even in the weeks before our move, customer service was top notch. We had to reschedule several times due to our closing being delayed, and Jason was consistently kind, patient, understanding and professional. He was able to accommodate a next-day move when we finally did close. Our movers, Armando, Rafael and Chris were amazing! They worked so hard and were super kind, careful, professional, fast and knowledgeable. And they were very accommodating and helpful in getting everything in its place. Moving can be very stressful, but this team made the whole experience a really great one. I highly recommend them!
